I LOVE THE MATERIAL IN THIS BOOK! THE BOOK WAS NOT NEW AS IT WAS DESCRIBED IN THE LISTING. I BOUGHT IT BECAUSE I AM USING THE PH MIRACLE APPROACH TO AN ALKALINE LIFESTYLE.

After checking this book out from the library many times, I decided that I needed to purchase it. I have tried this way of life through the cleansing process and not even for the whole time nor did I use every vitamin suggested. Primarily because I haven't been able to find them in my town. Nevertheless, the first week I lost 10 lbs., but I was very hungry because I wasn't taking the vitamin's correctly. I am planning on starting this again real soon after I can get my hands on all of the vitamin's that are needed because it is what will sustain me. I did begin to feel better. I have symptoms without diagnosis so I believe that it is because of the way that I eat. With this said it is VERY difficult to follow this life style of eating because it is extremely ratical for the "meat" eater! I am not a huge meat fan but I do eat some meat. Another thing when trying this life style of eating one would benefit GREATLY if they had someone to do it along with them. Having someone who just eat closely would be nice. This isn't a diet! This is a way of life. This book is great because all the research is in there and backed up with many year's of testing. There are actually, pictures of blood test before and after this way of eating and drinking pH balanced water. After reading everything that I could get my hand's on from the library and book store regarding the pH body balancing, this book was the MOST completed book, through research, testing and year's of it. The proof is in the book. This is extremely challenging to me, however I am planning on sticking with it. Just drinking the pH balanced water makes a HUGE difference in the way that I feel. It is incredible. If someone does that alone, I believe that their health and the way that they feel would benefit greatly. I HIGHLY recommend at least READING this book.

This is one book that can give you the answer to keeping yourself well. Being a doer of what you read is all there is to it. Balance your body's ph and this book tells you how. Simple to read and understand. Dr. Young has several other books and they all are excellent. I would highly recommend his books to anyone who needs any kind of improvement in their health. signed a satisfied customer who saved on dr. bills.

Very excited about this book. Explaines the PH relations to food digestion as well as weight loss. Has lots of great receipes as well as pointers on getting more Alkaline balanced. Has great resource guide at the end of the book with helpfull phone numbers, addresses and specialty descriptions. Very motivating for any one having struggled with food digestion problem and weight problems.
