I needed this book for a college class. The cover looked exactly right, but the contents were not the same. Thew book was missing the assignments, class discussions/projects and other pertinent information need for success in the class. I sent the book back, paid close to a 50% restocking fee as well as almost $10 in a special shipping requirement. Now, a month later I still do not have my refund. I was forced to purchase the correct book and now have to file a claim with E-Bay for the first one. An expensive experience!
