iRobot Roomba 535 Robotic Cleaner

This vacuum robot is the bomb! It goes where others do not care to venture and comes out with the dirt that most people simply live with under beds, couches, tables, chairs....etc. We are extremely pleased with it. It does a thorough job of cleaning the area that we assign it to do. The only negative on the unit would be that it simply does not suck as hard as a Dyson...but then again, you make up for the lack of suction with a unit that will simply get the job done if given enough time. We have already purchased one for a son.

We got one for our Mom and she raved about how well it works. I have wood floors and a dog. I was using a small rechargeable sweeper but it would only stay charged about 15 minutes. I run WhoBee about 3 times a week and he does a fabulous job of keeping my floors clean. I still use the little sweeper on weekends to touch up but now, 15 minutes is all I need. I highly recommend this product. Also, it's as much fun to watch as it is to know your floors are getting cleaned, especially if you have a dog!

A friend owns a roomba, I asked him if he's happy with it and decided to get one myself. I don't like the fact that iRobot practically extort people for features like scheduling which can easily be implemented in all models.

My home is always cleaner than before now with less effort. I'd recommend everyone to get a Roomba vacuum, just be careful on the first run, it can hit a standing lamp or a vase hard enough to break it.

Good product. Have to clean the brush almost every time after it is used but other than that I have no complaints about it. Much easier than vaccuuming with a traditional product. The virtual wall/lighthouse work great as well.

I decided to buy the Roomba because after 3 back surgeries vacuuming was off limits to me. I was leery about buying it as I wasn't sure if it would really work. Believe me, it does work and does alot better job of cleaning than a regular vacuum. It was amazing how much dust and dirt it picked up. I like it that I can go to E-Bay to get replacement filters, brushes, etc. Also, my dog had fun chasing it.

Roomba came to my door really fast and I am really happy with this machine:). If you want to save a time do not hesistate to purchase it from this seller.

This product has made my life so much easier. I haven't had to get out the "big" vacuum in weeks. It just scurries around while I do other things, and parks itself when it is done. Great!!

This Vacuum is great and I would recommend this series to anyone. I have tile, linoleum, and berber carpet in my house and this vacuum had no problems cleaning all areas. I also have 4 cats and they did not get all freaked out by the vacuum. They move out of its way but that's about it. It helps pick up all that unwanted hair you have under your tables and chairs if you have pets and all the dust bunnies that gather where your regular upright vacuums can't reach. This series also comes with a lighthouse which can also be used as a virtual wall when you do not want your vacuum to leave a specific area or room and don't want to close a door.

Depending on the room size, dirtiness of the room, and floor type this vacuum can usually clean 2 rooms before returning to its self charging base. In my home I had the base in the kitchen plugged in all the time and I would usually start the vacuum in my daughters room and have it work its way into the living room so it could find the base on its own in the kitchen. I would recommend purchasing another 1 or 2 lighthouses depending of how large your home is because 1 doesn't really do the trick.

**Clean this machine after every use because the rotating brushes can get hair wrapped around them and then you need to unscrew them and pull the hair out. Its not hard to do but just a pain when you notice the brushes aren't spinning anymore. Use this vacuum either daily or every other day so the battery doesn't over charge.

I hope I helped you. I know it seems like this machine needs more cleaning and maint. more than it cleans and maints. but it really doesn't. 5 or 10 minutes of emptying the bagless canister, taking the hair out of the brushes and dusting off the sensors is nothing compared to the 2 hour cleans it does to your house. :)

great on my pergo my housekeeper didnt even have to do a weekly vacuum/she had time to help organize my kitchen because of it/i only have medium length carpet in upstairs hallway and it didnt do well,but a god send on everything else/and if you get really bored you can hang out with a glass of wine with the cats and watch it (lol) thanks!

This is a great product. It does exactly as it says it does . . . vacuums all the rooms that you want it to. And then goes and charges itself when the job is done! I highly recommend it to anyone.

Great product! We have named our "Rosie" after the Jetsons Maid. We have had this unit less than two weeks and she is already part of the family. We just installed white laminate flooring and we have dogs and our floors are always clean. We run Rosie once or twice a day. Rosie is thorough and moves from across different types of flooring with ease. Only challenge is area rugs without rubber backing. These rugs are pushed around and tend to flip and cause the vacuum to become stuck and shut off. We began taking these rugs up and have not had any problems since. Dogs are great with the Roomba, they just ignore it and get out of it's way. This also motivates to keep your home picked up so that the vacuum can run.

i payed for the vacuum on the 9th and it is the 29th and still no roomba will never bid on an item with 0 feed back from seller again third time this year. do not do bus. with this person.

I'm happily surprised with the cleaning power of the Roomba - she does an excellent job in the bedrooms & living room (the kitchen is very messy between two kids and a dog, so I "forgive" it for being less efficient).
So far battery holding up nicely.

If it would only get the rooms ready *before* it's operation, it would be perfect ;o)

This Vacuum is great, I have dog's in the house and the pet hair was getting out of control, this vacuum takes care of that, I turn it on every morning before leaving to work, and when the battery gets low, it returns to it's dock and recharges and I come home to NO hair on the floors. No more sweeping everynight, Yeah!!!! BIG Thanks to who ever invented these wonderful vacuums. Ann Brinks
