    I don't know what we ever did without this vacuum! It works like a charm, and gets the job done! We have one dog (long haired...sheds like crazy) and this vacuum keeps the floors spotless and free of hair! I use it every other day, and I've never seen our floors look better! It's also nice that it can go on hardwood or linoleum floors (I don't have to sweep any more-yay!) I haven't had any problem with it at all, and have no complaints! Simply love it!

    I've been using a Roomba for about a year now. It started acting strange, so I called the company's customer service. The woman that answered the phone was so friendly and helpful I couldn't believe it. And she totally resolved my problem, and my Roomba has been purring ever since.
