I bought this player remanufacturered and ended up having to return it to the manufacturer for a replacement (which was a breeze, by the way).
On the second try, it worked fine in the beginning but gradually started to give me problems. I bought it for use with Rhapsody to go and noticed that when I would delete tracks, they wouldn't always free up the right amount of memory. So over time the player would fill up even though I never kept more than a few hours of songs on it at a time.
Then things got really inconvenient. I'd format the player (the only way to free up all 5gb) then load a bunch of songs up for a road trip. An hour into the road trip all the licenses would suddenly expire on all the songs, leaving me to listen to whatever was on the radio for the entire rest of the trip and back. No fun.
Soon this started happening all the time. All the licenses would suddenly expire, or the songs wouldn't even make it onto the player without returning an error. I eventually gave up and now own the Sansa Rhapsody player which was only ~$130 and is supposed to work seamlessly with rhapsody.
