Apple iPod Video 5th Generation Black (30 GB) MP3 Player

In all my years on ebay this was the worst buying experience I have ever had and would NEVER do business with this seller again. I never received the item. Seller lied about shipping several times, sending the same message saying he was traveling and just returned and would correct the oversight immediately. Sent the exact same message, word for word, two weeks later, then after over a month had gone by he claimed he finaly did ship, but could not locate the tracking number and would get back to me later that day with the number. Never did. I followed up again. No response. I followed up again. This time he claimed that the item came back as a wrong address, but of course he still had no tracking number. At this point, well over a month from purchase and the item had still not shipped, I filed a claim with both Ebay and Paypal. This is a seller who cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
