Best DVD Player on the Market!

When I got this dvd player, I was stunned to see how many features it had. The build quality is top notch, and the features are limitless. Although the only thing that bothered me was A. The Price and B. The up conversion isnt the best. For $150, its on of the most expensive dvd players on the market. With the new release of the Blu Ray and the horrible horrible horrible HD DVD, it really doesnt do any good to go blow 150 on a dvd player. It's soon to be outdated, and well essentially, will result in you spending $80 too much on a dvd player.(Like I did haha).
Bottom Line: Go with a cheaper(not necessarily worse) dvd player like the new $59 Denon's and Pioneers. But if you just have to have the best dvd player, your search just ended here. Harmon Kardon has pleased me for years, especially with the soundsystem in my new BMW.

Harman Multimedia DVD47 DVD Player
One good deal. At first I had some minor problems, but Harmon Kardon has firmware update CD's or downloads in order to keep thier products working properly. I read information on their web site and located advice on the problem that I was having. It was advised for me to do a firmware upgrade. So I clicked on the Free Firmware Update CD and put in my info. I recieved the CD very fast. It installed very easy with full instructions. Now my DVR 47 works perfectly. I have had other experience with warrantys and Harmon Kardon goes the extra mile to correct any problems that you have with their products.
I would recommend any Harmon Kardon Products. Great products when working at peak performance. Excellent warranty customer service.
