Not Quite As Good as .hack//SIGN but Good Clean Fun

.hack//Legend of the Twilight takes place after the video game series (which is after .hack//SIGN) and was originally not intended for an anime, but was a manga. Two children (twins in real life separated by their parents seperation) win a contest for limited edition character that look just like the legendary characters Kite and Black Rose. Strangely CC Corporation has no record of holding such a contest, and impossibly strong monsters and strange events seem to follow these two characters wherever they go.
This series isn't near as good as .hack//SIGN, but for fans of the series, it is a continuation of the story line. It has a lot more slapstick comedy and monster fighting than the original series as well. This series seems much more adapted for a younger audience, even most of the main characters are about 14-17 in real life. It is overall good, but I can't say it is excellent.
