(en-5200ei dell o) 15 inch LCD Monitor

I was in the market for a good 15 inch LCD monitor for my station. I had bid on several . This one came up and I bid on it. I asked the seller to dispose of the printer as I did not need it. I was told it was a package deal. I was still willing to pay the same price without or with the printer. Now I see why. When I got it it was all jammed into one box with no protection for the LCD screen. I suffered a puncture of the display. The keys were knocked out of the keyboard and the printer had several broken parts. The package was rejected and sent back VIA UPS whence it came. The seller refuses to refund all my out of pocket cost. I sent it to Pay PAl to file a complaint and a refund for Piss poor packaging. I finally did get a good monitor and it was shipped with CARE!.
