The eBay Price Guide by Julia Wilkinson (2006, Package)

This is not the first edition of this book by Julia. It's amazing that she has done it again given the constant shifts in the markets on eBay.

A price guide is a nice thing to have if you're a buyer but, lets be real, with technology evolving at the speed of light, what costs $300 today will cost $49.95 by this time 2 years from now or it will have been totally replaced by something else. The prices in this book should be taken as a range that you should look for for the next few months and nothing more. That said, this book has far more value.

This is not just a book of price lists. Julia has given us some real substance at the beginning of each category. We get a little bit of the history of the category and some of the trends. There is valuable insight to be had in reading these introductions especially from the sellers point of view. In fact, this book has far more use for sellers than buyers.
