eBay by David Karp, Nancy Conner (2005, Paperback)

Having read several library guidebooks about eBay, this is the only one I purchased because it is clearly the best and I wanted it at hand as a reference. It provides a suprisingly comprehensive account of eBay's structure and resources (many of which are not mentioned in other popular eBay guidebooks), but it supplements this account with descriptions of valuable resources such as search engines that are independent of eBay but provide valuable insights into eBay sales and trends. The writing is consistently clear and concise and doesn't treat you like you're either a dummy or an expert hacker. Each concept is illustrated with an example, most of which are amusing and witty, which further increases readibility. The table of contents and index are fully developed and easily usable. I find nothing to criticize about this book, and a lot to praise. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to buy or sell on eBay, regardless of previous eBay experience.

I love this book it helps me out so much. Especially understanding how ebay works. I was borrowing it from the library and it helped me out so much I just had to purchase it. Its been a life saver especially since I recently started selling on ebay. Thanks to this book I understand a lot of things I did not understand before about ebay.

This is a great book for everyone. Even though I am an experienced seller this came in handy because I found little tips and tricks that I did not know existed. This is written in an easy to understand manner and the chapters are marked very well so you can jump to a section in an easy manner.,
