Awesome Fun and Fitness for the whole Family

I bought this "game" about 5 months ago, when it was first released in Japan. Luckily enough I was able to get it for a cheap price of ¥8,800. The box will include the Wii Balance Board, the board needed to play the game which will measure your weight and balance, the Wii Fit game, and the manuals, warranty and such. When inserting the disc into the Wii console, it will first ask you to update your firmware to 3.1J, if you haven't already. And then it'll ask you to calibrate the Wii and the Wii Balance Board, and then the game will start. You will then be prompted to create a profile (up to 8), based on your Miis. And you'll begin the Initial Setup of yourself. The Wii Balance Board will measure your BMI, weight, centre of gravity, and your "Fitness Age", similar to "Brain Age" in the Brain Age game for the Nintendo DS. At first it will calculate your centre of gravity, after teaching you a short lesson on what is it. And then it will display your BMI and weight. After your BMI and weight is calculated by the board, your Mii will also calibrate with your weight. For example, if your BMI is overweight, your Mii will become fat. After the intial setup is finished, you will stamp the calendar for the day. You are recommended by the game to take the initial setup every day. This game's format is really similar to Brain Age. After all those things are finished, you can now start training. First, choose your virtual trainer. It can be a boy or a girl. There really is no difference between them, just the voices. There are 4 sections of training in this game. Yoga, Muscle Training, Aerobics, and of course, Balance Games. Each "training"s will give you points (points will be reseted each day, but you can see the total point from the day you started playing the game if you want to), and if you get enough points, new games or training modes will be unlocked. The training in this game is really efficient, and fun. After over 4 months of playing Wii Fit, my BMI had gone down from 25 (overweight) into 21 (normal). Please note that I didn't change my daily routines or daily meal. Other than the training modes, the games provided in this game, such as the Ski Jump game or the Snowboarding game, is really fun, and while you're having fun, it fixes your daily centre of gravity and makes you Fit. I'll recommend this game into anyone who wants to have a fit body, but is too lazy to go to a Gym or just wants to play some game. After 2 days of playing the game, for an additional 97 blocks you can create the "Wii Fit Channel". This will enable you to view all the charts and stuff, and even do an initial setup WITHOUT the Wii Fit game disc. And it will remind you if you haven't played Wii Fit for 1 day. I can't find anything bad about this game. Overall, I'd recommend this game to anyone.
