Alvin and the Chipmunks (2008, DVD)

a birthday present for my daughter. it is one of her favorites and I knew it would bring her hours of enjoyment watching and re-watching the dvd. it also is not something I need to worry about the content or language.

Excellent movie! Excellent price! Recommend this movie to everyone! The price is why I decided to buy this movie from here.

I loved the movie, as did my daughter, but when I bought the movie from the seller, he had totally sold it as the original. He showed the cover art which is the same as what you can buy in stores. However, when the movie arrived, I could tell instantly that it was made by the seller or someone else. It was NOT the same version that you could buy in stores. The cover was completely different, and "whoever" made this cover made a huge mistake, they used credits for a totally different movie!!!! If you are going to try to hawk pirated movies on the internet, at least make sure your crap is made right. I wish I could tell the seller that. Anyway, I wish I could file a report somehow, but this guy has been doing it a long time. He is a powerseller and has had MANY complaints on his feedback regarding this same issue. I am weary now of buying movies on EBAY.

This is a very funny and heartwarming story. I found myself rewinding it several times to review funny scenes, like the chipmunk in the dishwasher, rapping chipmunks, etc. I saw a review on television, and decided I wanted it, so looked for it on eBay.

I like that I got the dvd for a great price. The shipping was fast, got it in four days. And it bring back my childhood, for I used to watch the cartoon when I was a child. I would rackamen the seller to anyone looking to buy a movie.

I actually haven't watched this movie. My 3 children, ages 11, 9 & 7 have. They certainly seemed to have enjoyed it and frequently quote lines from the movie.

This was a great spin off of the cartoon. The characters really fit well. My children enjoyed this movie a lot.

This is a great movie to watch with the kids! Fun for the whole family! I bought it because I enjoyed watching the chipmunks as a a kid. Very cute, fun, and comical!

I let the seller know that this won't play at all!! It was a waste of money! No happy at all!! With this bad experienced I won't ever buy dvds through Ebay any more, sorry!!!

Alvin and the Chipmunks is an excellent film for you and your family! It's entertaining, funny, and action-packed! Your kids will absolutely enjoy it! You'll watch as the fuzzy chipmunks work their way to fame and run into quite an adventure. It's a wonderful well-produced movie that will bring the sound of laughter into your home. Overall, I rate the film an A+. I definitely recommend this movie to someone looking for a good comedy film.

very funny must see cute little chipmunks a family movie. great graphics reminds me of when I was younger and use to watch this on t.v. better now that it is not animated

I saw this movie at a friends house and thought it was something I want in my DVD library. Great movie for children as well as adults!!! Very clean movie and one I can share with my grandson.

MY GRANDSONS SAW THIS MOVIE AT THE MOVIE THEATER AND ALL THEY DID WAS TALK ABOUT HOW GOOD THE MOVIE WAS SO I DECIDED TO BUY IT SO THEY COULD WATCH IT OVER AND OVER AGAIN.

I loved when the seller offered free shipping; however, the DVD was a burnt copy of the original DVD. I expected a used copy, but I thought it was a used "original" copy.

i grew up with alvin and the chipmunks and i had to get the movie for the kids. they loved it and so did i. well mine came up missing so i had to buy another one so thank you very much.

My daughter brought this movie over, watched it once and knew I just had to have it.This movie pulls at the heart strings, both sad and happy.Upbeat music,great animation, a fun movie for all ages.I highly recommend this movie for anyone who likes cute, upbeat movies.

It brings you back to the days when the cartoon played when I was kid. There is nothing to dislike about the movie from beginning to the end. You either like it or you don't. The reason I decided to buy it wasfor 3 reasons. We wanted to see it at Christmas time when it was in theatres but we never the opportunity because we running back and forth to the hospital. 1) It became available to rent on TIVO. 2) My husband and I enjoyed it. and 3) Wanted to surprize my husband with the movie.
