This product is great. If you trying to teach your child the alphabet and you have a DVD player, this is an essential tool.

I used this video for my son after he turned 2. He mastered the letter names and sounds fast that he started reading before he was 3. Compared to Sounds of Letters by M.D. Michael Levin and other videos that teach phonics I think this is the best. The other videos are boring but this one is pure fun. Buy this with Leapfrog Fridge Phonics and your preschooler will be reading in no time.

If you are looking for an educational & entertaining DVD that will teach and keep your child's interest, look no further. Excellent in teach sound & identification of every letter in the alphabet correctly. Excellent tool for preparing child for reading (depending on age). DO NOT GET THE WINNIE THE POO ABC'S Discovering Letters and Words DVD. My child hates it and it does not cover the entire alphabet.

Purchased this as a gift because I was told by a grandmother that this is the best video for toddlers. She said her grandson knew how to read by the time he was four because of this video.

My daughter is 18 months and she loves this dvd. It is by far one of the best dvd's for learning your letters. It is so well done with great attention to detail and even I do not mind watching it. Your child will be sounding out their letters in no time. It's a must have for all parents!

Helpful for the children. Didn't realize it was 2003, my fault, however; works good and good condition and the kids enjoy it.

I think this dvd is the best I have tried from all phonics dvds I have viewed. I homeschool my children and have always looked for good phonics or number dvds to use for my little ones. I am not fond of sitting my children in front of TV during the day for just entertainment. I believe that this is a great tool for preparation in teaching phonics. I have even seen my two year old sounding out some of the letters. I have a 4 yaer old that I have been teaching the sounds and when I received this he expanded on them even more.

This is a sure fire way to get young children to know their letters and get interested in reading! One of my best friends is a teacher and reading specialist....this is her number 1 recommendation for TV time in the preschool (and earlier) years. A must have!

I have not received item and it has been a month. Vendor said it was out of stock and would be in in two weeks. Cancelled order and waiting for refund. Vendor still advertising this item on e-bay and does not have them. I don't understand that.

My twin grandsons love this program. I am looking for other programs that are in the same format as this one. You would not be disappointed.This is GREAT :)

When the post man delivered the package I was required to pay more postage. I think that that is something that should have been taken care of buy the seller. My son loves the DVD.

My son really loves this video. He's been watching it since he turned one and knows all his letters and it's sounds. I previously earned a copy of Letter Factory and other Leap Frog videos, so I purchased this copy for his preschool. I highly reccommend this video to parents of toddlers. It teaches while the child continue to have fun and play.

I am a homeschooling mother of six. This video, in my opinion, is the best video for preschoolers when it comes to learning letter sounds and learning to read. It has engaging, well-made animation. This, in addition to clearly presented concepts of letter sounds, makes it a fun, easy way for preschoolers to learn their basic letter sounds. My children have taught themselves to read at a first grade level by this video, along with the next in the series, LeapFrog: Talking Words Factory. When we are ready to start official Kindergarten in our homeschool, our children are already reading at a late Kindergarten to First Grade Level, all from only watching these two videos.

The premise is a little frog, Tad, going to the Letter Factory where his dad works, and visiting all the little letters learning their sounds. For example, in the "a" room, all the little "a" letters are in a classroom. A funny little monster pops in, causing the little "a" letters to say their sound "a"! There is a little song "The a says "a", the a says "a", every letter makes a sound, the a says "a"!

I recommend this video to everyone I know with preschoolers. It is excellent!

This DVD is absolutely the best phonics DVD I have found. My 27 month old daughter has learned ALL the letter and sounds---- I contribute it to this DVD.

My 3 1/2 year old son has learned almost all of his letter sounds from this DVD! I can honestly say I've had nothing to do with it. People ask me what I did and I just reply that I let him watch this DVD. That is how I even heard about it-from another parent.

I think this is a very educational dvd. I wish all dvds were educational. The seller was very quick in shipping. The description was very accuarate

I love ebay, everything about it. I love the ease of buying things and paying with paypal. And when I want something, I go to Ebay and I can always finds what I am looking for. This transaction was tyical of most Ebay transaction. I found what I wanted with ease, the price was right, and I used paypal. All with just a few clicks of the mouse. Whats not to like.

My 3 year old was having a hard time getting in to learning his letters by sight. He likes TV (of course) so I figured this might be up his alley. He asks for this video alot and he has actually already learned over half of the alphabet now in just a few weeks (and the sounds they make). It's a great length and is a fun story that keeps his attention. It spends a good amount of time on each letter without being too long. The Talking Words Factory is also a great video - my son loves factories, machines and conveyor belts so it's a fun way for him to learn how letters make words. I highly recommend these videos.

These DVD's are amazing. My kids watch them over and over (Pre-K and 1st). My kids are singing the alphabet and the phonetics that go with them. The Word Factory and Math Circus are just as good. I highly recommend these videos for children learning the alphabet, because they also learn the purpose of each letter.

My son began to read at just 3 years old with this video! My husband and I were amazed! We purchased it for his 3rd birthday in August and went on vacation in January. While there we went shopping and were out and about when he began sounding out words like, G.A.P., B.O.Y.S., H.O.T...........Many small words. From there there were 3 more vidoes of Leapfrog we purchased Talking Words, Code Word Caper and Math. He is now excelling the 1st grade and I can't express the jumpstart it gave him in school! I am now tring to find this one again for my 3 year old twin daughters! (should have never loaned it out!)

I have purchased several of the leapfrog dvds for my grandchildren. They are wonderful educational tools & still lots of fun to watch. My grandchildren enjoy them even though they know they're learning too! All dvds I have purchased have been new or in excellent conditon.

What a fun idea for kids. It taught my daughter all the letters and sounds in jut a few weeks. Amazing!!! Thanks so much.
