Enchanted (2008, DVD)

I recieved a broken dvd and sent it back to get credit for it and afew days later it was returned to me do to the mail couldn't be delivered....I paid $6 to send it back and it cost $13 so it was not worth trying to send it again so it was my loss. I would never buy from them again. I did recieve another dvd later and it wouldn't work

We liked Enchanted because you can sit down together as a family and watch it without any worry of indecent moments slipping in or bad language. It is a fun adventurous movie that keeps your attention to the end. Our grand children watch it time and time again. It is worth having in your library.

Price, but shipping was 5 times actual cost. The dvd was original and had all necessary inserts and packaging.

This movie had beeb one of the movies that our grandson wanted for his birthday, but we were unable to located it at other sites. The DVD arrived in excellent condition and in a very timely manner. We have enjoyed this movie with our grandson and feel very fortunite to have located it at a price we could afford. We plan to shop this site in the future for movies.

It was a cute movie, my daughters both 2 and 5 really enjoyed it, and it added a little humor for the adults.

This is Disney making a spoof of itself. Priceless if you ask me, this is one for the kids but the adults wil love it also.

We received the movie in just a few days after ordering. What a cute movie for the whole family to see. Clean, wholesome and entertaining. This is a movie that children and adults will enjoy on those rainy days or winter days.

I bought this movie for my 3 girls AND for me!! We all saw it in the theatre and I just had to have it...I have never laughed so hard in my life. I loved princess animated movies growing up (Cinderella, Snow white, etc) and this movie incorporated all of the greats into one soon-to-be-princess Giselle. I don't know how Disney did it, but she was so "princessy" that she was almost making fun of all the other princesses that Disney has done - Brilliant - by the way - and yet she was such a joy to get to know!! My girls and I loved the half animation half real life joy ride that this movie takes you on. I have to say the scene (no, I am not giving anything away) where she calls the city creatures to help her clean the apartment..I swear I about peed my pants!! This movie is very enjoyable for any age, very clean language, appropriate for any age and sooo entertaining for any age. I highly recommend it for anyone who has ever loved, or even liked, a princess movie. Well done!!

THIS IS A GREAT MOVIE FOR ANY GIRL ITS SO GOOD IT HAS A BIT OF EVERYTHING AND GOOD SONGS. MY DAUGHTER HAS ME CRAZY SINCE SHE HAS SEEN THIS MOVIE OVER 10 TIMES. I DECIDE TO BUY IT BECAUSE IT WAS VERY NICE FOR A GIRL OF ALL AGES AND FUNNY.

If you have little girls then this is the perfect movie. What's wonferful about it, is that it's a fun movie for adults to watch as well.

The movie itself was wonderful and my daughter loved it. However, it only worked in one of the 4 dvd players in our home because it was an illegal copy (a fact the seller neglected to mention.) Also, there were annoying chinese subtitles throught. Definately buy this movie, but be careful who you buy it from!!

Great kids movie, Made real more for girls.Cute stories about other little fairy tales. Great for any ages

I liked this movie because there were no "hidden" slurs in it or sexual things in there that were geared toward adults, even though the kids don't understand it. I don't like things like that in movies that my kids are watching. I bought it because it was brand new and less expensive than at the store.

Everyone who is a fan of this movie should buy this rare 2 disc edition and it's a shame that it didn't became the film's official dvd release. And a little funny to think about, as well, one should think that Disney would do the mostly to merchandise them self.

The first disc includes exactly the same previews and bonus feautres like the "official" one disc edition, which is not so much to brag about. The three "making off"-featurettes, which are interesting, but last short. And then there's some deleted scenes, who also are interesting (and someone who actually could have fit the movie), but also too short. There's the music video for Carrie Underwood's song "Ever Ever After", the dissapointing featurette of "Pip's Predicament: A Pop-Up Adventure" and a hidden easter egg.

Then it is the second disc, who comes in a little cover for it self. The disc includes only a 31 minute "making off"-featurette, who are in English, but you can have Spanish subtitles too. Quite interesting featurette and should definitively be more available to "Enchanted" fans. They are interviews with the director Kevin Lima, Amy Adams, James Mardsen and ect (but not so much with Patrick Dempsey). The crew talks about the animation, the setting, the design and the songs. The only bad thing with this featurette is when it comes to the end they are rushing a little bit.

As for the movie itself: It's sweet and enjoyable, but you should at least watch it three times before you can see this film as a whole. The animated parts gives you a good, nostalgic feeling and it's a homage to old Disney. The rest of the film is okay too, it's a little strange too hear Alan Menken's score in a half live action film, but his score and songs are wonderful. Amy Adams is convincing as Giselle, so is James Mardsen as Prince Edward and Susan Sarandon as Queen Narissa. The only one who stands a little bit out is Patrick Dempsey's character and Timothy Spall as Nathaniel. Otherwise, this is a cute and funny movie that every Disney fan not should miss.

It was a good movie but it was less than I expected, though. This movie is good for both adults and children. It was kind of interesting since there is a cartoon princess living in the real world and all that she knows is about her cartoon world/life. She causes people to change their views of life with her expression/feeling of love. The movie has a lot of cartoon references in the real world (NY city) which is unrealistic but it makes the movie interesting to watch, since it is unexpected. My overall rating is a b/B- because it is good but I thought it could have been a bit better. The more you watch it, the better it becomes.

AN EXCELLENT MOVIE. GREAT FOR ALL AGES IT WAS A VERY FUNNY MOVIES. tHE BEGANING WAS A LITTLE SLOW, BUT IT GOT ALOT BETTER AS THE TIME WENT ON. i LIKE PATRICK DEMPSEY, HE IS SUCH AN EXCELLENT ACTOR WHEN HE DID THE MOVIE.

This is my second purchase from this seller, in which I was very pleased from the first product. The second shipment of this DVD was a broken cover box, yet the DVD was fine. I don't like the fact that if I have to return it, it will cost me more for ship/handlng. without reimburstment. That is unfair, especially when advertisement indicate, "BRAND NEW- FACTORY SEALED". If sellers has Distributors doing the package, sending, then, their Distributors should replace the product by placing a returned post paid lable for return into the package. To avoid unfair further cost, I kept the DVD also because my little ones didn't want to wait any longer for viewing their long anticipated movie.

This is another excellent Disney movie. Fun for everyone! Great story and songs that make you want to sing and dance along. Love, drama, comedy.....it has everything including the fairytale ending that you want. I bought this copy because I had seen it with granddaughters in Texas and wanted it for my granddaughter in Indiana. I would recommend this movie to ANYone! It's AWESOME!!

I love this movie! It is great! I would like a little less singing init but withwise it was a great movie. My 18 yr old son enjoyed it also.

This movie is amazing. It has a mix of animated parts and live action parts.

It is perfect for adults and children. In the movie there are many references to other disney movies, and it is super fun to try to find them. I also enjoyed the story line which appeals to all ages. I love the music as well, and I find myself singing the songs in the car and the shower.

I dont want to give away alot of the plot but it is mostly about a almost princess that gets sent into real life NYC. Later on more characters get sent as well. It is a family friendly comedy with some romance. I cant stop watching it.

The movie Enchanted was delightful. Daughter and friends loved to watch the movie. I bought the movie because it was a good price and daughter wanted to watch it more often.

Purchased for the Grandchildren who are mostly girls of all ages and they all love it. I also enojyed it very much. Disney movies are for all ages as they always add the humor only he adults understand and never in a negative sense but halirious none the less.

My kids love this flick. It's overly cute and very derivative, generally talks down to the viewer, but kids don't notice stuff like that and my children, 9 and 6, are enchanted by Enchanted.

Grown-ups with functioning neurons should look elsewhere.
