Hewlett Packard LaserJet 3390 Printer

I have had no end of trouble from this terrible product. We have had LJ3330 and LJ3380 AIO's in the office, so I thought I knew what I was getting, but this thing just doesn't work at all. The software is the biggest problem, I think, they have added huge amounts of bloatware to the install, which left my processor use pinned at 100%. The scans were extremely blurry and faint, pretty much unusable for the two months it worked. Then the ADF failed and started misfeeding. After a lot of wasted time on the phone with their very unhelpful tech support, we got a replacement sent out, but it would never install correctly, and I've given up on ever getting it to scan. I did get it to work as a printer using the universal HP driver, and it is fine as a fax or copier, for now. Let's hope the new ADF lasts more than two months. I have an office filled with HP computers, AIO's, laptops, tablets, etc., but this is the worst thing I have ever gotten from them.
