Sony Ericsson W580i Walkman (AT&T)

Many of its features make this Phone an excellent choice for any member of the family. The slider works great for hiding the keypad. The menue is very easy to navigate through. whatever your need is this may be the phone you.

This phone is great. The functions work seamlessly. Has an FM radio that can tune into your local radio stations(Unfortunately, there's no AM dial.) With the walkman feature you can store all your favorite music and searching and playing music is an ease. The only music phone that can best this one is the Iphone.

My only problems with the phone is the fact that in order to use the FM radio feature you need to purchase special headphones that act as a an antenna. Mind you, these headphones are th only way to listen to your music without the speaker option because you can't simply plug in any headphones into the phone. There is no headphone jack.

The other problem is the memory. Buying a SD card is so utterly necessary that they should just pack it with the phone and raise the price slightly. Without the card you won't be able to store much if any music on the actual memory on the phone.

The price of these things can add up the phone to well over 200 dollars. But once you have them the phone is great! A well made phone by Sony!

This is a decent phone, has good software and looks good. The walkman works fine annd the capability of changing a song with a shake is goood

I Love my phone. My experience with the seller was great. Fast shipping inside the US and Item was well packaged. This phone works great for a quick change of phones. Love it.

I don't have in-depth experience about this phone since it is just a back up of my iPhone. Overall, it is a Sony product, you can just feel it. The menu is rather easy to nevigate and the screen is bright and easy to see under any light condition. The biggest feature of this phone is music player and unfortunately I am not using it. If price is right, this is a great buy.

I like the phone. It does all it is supposed to do, and so far I am very pleased with it. It is very light and the features are not hard to access or understand. The only thing that I am not thrilled about is the lack of variety of ringtones that you can choose from. But other than that it is a really cool phone.

My sony ericsson has turned out to be a good buy! The screen clarity is suprisingly good. I need to invest in a better memory chip and a media package though. Overall i dont regret one cent of what i put into it!

Love the phone-- easy to use features, great sound, pretty good camera (although no flash).. my only complaint is that the keypad is a bit tiny and the buttons are very close together.. this makes text messaging a little difficult-- so if you're a big texter, I'd be wary of this model.

The buttons cracked and then some of the buttons came off. not to mention when I plugged the usb cable up, which I have done numerous times it died and never worked again.

Good phone with a great assortment of features. I would recommend this phone. This phone has way more features then I have or will ever use. I like the Bluetooth, speaker phone, battery life, and screen. The earpiece is good enough and is clear in a quite room; a little hard to hear with loud background (I don’t have the best hearing so that might have something to do with it). Your can be heard loud and clear on the other end. (After 4 months of use)

The great:
• The battery life is good however not as good as they advertise.
• The reception is better than others I have tried.
• Nice loud ringer
• Great if you are looking for a phone with a good assortment of features

Not so great:
• Sony Ericsson memory card
• Phone locking feature is not good (have made too many pocket calls)
• Takes longer than usual to get use to how the menus & features are set up

This phone is awesome- so much so that it was stolen-get insurance if you get the newer sony ericsson phone.

the description and specs on page states clearly a w580i as mentioned in your title. the phone actually sold was a w200i it is inferior in every way. no bluetooth, no slider, which the w580i has, i would not recommend it to anyone.

There was only one problem with the phone, sometimes it says insert smartchip. otherwise it is good

This phone is excellent but I just don't get use to use the small keypad, it's not easy to touch. Except that, the music is so good. I still recommend people to buy this phone :)

The product was as described on the site. Fast delivery. Product works great. I would buy from this seller again.

What I didn't like about the transaction is that it was sold to me AS NEW. That is what I paid for. BUT it was used with the buyers contacts still in the phone. ALSO, it was supposed to come with the headphones as it is a Walkman phone and I could NOT use all of the functions that I bought it for. I was deceived and though because I paid with paypal, I would be protected. I was not protected by paypal. The seller got a way with it and I had to pay 30.00 more for head phones that the package was suppose to come with. All I wanted was a small partial refund but I did not receive it. Paypal found in favor of the seller because they said that it did not make a significance difference in my phone. Well, it was false advertising and I am VERY disappointed in paypal's decision. No more buying on e-bay for me.

I bought this phone thinking it would solve the problem of carring a phone and mp3 player while exercising. Well little did I know that it will not download any music from any service like napster or ipod... you can only download cd's to the phone or listen to the radio, which the earphones that came with the phone aren't very long so I purchased the wireless headphones from motorola and again to find out that they won't work with the phone because the earphones that came with the phone also serve as the antenna.... Needless to say knowing those things I would not of purchased the phone.

Loving the phone so far. Amazing battery life, light weight, good camera, lots of cool features such as the fitness application. Only disadvantage is the M2 memory cards that Sony insists on using.

I was very satisfied with the transaction. Would love to buy from this seller again. I wasn't sure how well the speakers would be because they were a bonus the seller through in, but they're my favorite part of the phone. The provide crystal clear sound. I love this phone!
