This is a very informative book that helps you make choices between everyday items. For instance, if you have to go out to eat, it provides you the best choices from the restaurant and the worst ones. It was amazing to see that the foods that we think are "healthy" by name aren't really very good for you at all. This is quick and easy to read and makes a great reference tool when trying to watch what you eat.
I saw it in a store and was interested and found it on EBay for half of the price. After receiving the book I have found myself reading it constantly and using it when making grocery lists.
What an eye opener..this book has lots of pictures and helpful reviews. Knowing what is a better choice in so many cases was well worth the price of this book. I've been thru it once, and am on my way back thru it to reinforce some of the better choices for my lifestyle.
So informative! Wish the book was area specific but has most of the nation food chains. You learn a lot about what to eat that's not necessarily from a resteraunt
i like that it shows what you can eat when you go out & which places are the best. we both need to loose weight and we are excited about reading it cover to cover so we will be able to follow the book. It has very simple things to do and not to do to eat better when you are out on the town. I hope it works so we can loose these extra pounds we both gained during pregnancy.

Great little book for people who want to know what the best choices are when eating out. Quite a few surprises! Small enough to keep with you in your car and simple enough to glance at before going to a restaurant. Love it!! Wanted it for my husband because he drives a lot and eats at fast food places every day. He is not good at formal diets or packing a lunch and thought this would be really helpful.

It is a great book to keep in your car. It is easy and concise. It really shows you why Americans are getting fatter. Those hidden calories show up in this book.
My sister told me about this book . I think its very handy and is surprising what things we think are low in calorie are actually quite high.I think its a very worthwhile purchase.

I really enjoyed this book it was in great shape and it had great information in it!It had great detail of my main resturants i eat at and they had great information on the everday food for different occassions that happen through out the year!
I consider myself a healthy eater but this book gives you a bit more of the "other side" of restaurants. It has so much good information. I have so many friends and clients that have looked through it and bought it. Its really good for people that travel for work!
This book is so well organized it helps me greatly to "customize" my ordering when I go out to eat. It also saves me all of the time I'd lose by looking up and remembering all those nutritional values from other multiple sources. It's a very handy quick reference guide, glad I bought it.
Read book from cover to cover. Easy to understand ...great information. Handy resourse for anyone dieting or just wanting to eat healthier. Not about fast food, but good food fast for those of us eating on the run, not always having time to eat food that is good for us. I will keep this book close at hand, and refer to it often. It is truly amazing that even though the food may look healthy, or have wonderful ingredients, how deadly they could be in terms of your health. This book is broken up by the restaurants that every one eats in all the time. It also gives some trivia and history that is interesting and might help you to remember the recommendations. I look in the book when I am going out for dinner and also when I am cooking so I can use the "better" choice
This book was not only helpful for me but was fantastic for my 2 teenage daughters to visual see the junk food vs. the healthy food and make better choices! This is a terrfic book that I would highly recommend!
