Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007, DVD)

I bought it as a gift, but in my opinion it's a great movie which everyone in the family will like and want to watch over and over again.

If you are a fan of the Pirates of the Caribbean series like I am, then this movie is a MUST have. But, be warned! This is the darkest Pirates ever! It still has plenty of fun in it, but most of this ones humor is more adult oriented. It also has a very serious, dark quality to it that I would not recommend for younger children. But, for us adults, go buy it! You'll love it! And the ending leaves you wondering, Pirates IV maybe? 5 stars to Disney for a movie adults can enjoy without a bunch of gratuitous sex or foul language!

Great film, would recomend it to anyone. But like always the first is always the best. Get it & watch it.

This Movie Rocks!!! It is so well made and the actor's are fantastic!!! It takes you into another World. What a wonderful fantasy!!! The only thing I dislike about this Movie is I wanted to see more!!! I would like see a few more continued parts to this Movie. Why not do what Freddy or Friday the 13th did and go and make a part 1,2,3, and so on. Don't stop!!! I decided to buy this Movie due to I enjoy these actor's and plus Disney makes each Movie they put out so special. I Love to Shop with eBay. Thank-you eBay for making all this possible for us all.

I thoroughly enjoy the Pirates of the Caribbean series. This movie was good but I didn't enjoy it as much as the previous movies. I wanted this move to complete my Pirates of the Caribbean series. It was well worth the money I paid.

Action & script or "over the top" & it gets to be a bit much after awhile. Not as good as the 1st & 2nd Pirates movies, but if you enjoyed those this is worth a viewing. Plenty of adventure & comedy. A solid 4 star movie.

Not as good as the first, but much better than the 2nd!! Very action packed! I recommend buying it if you've seen the first two.

Great Movie & I really do love the case. I really bought this due to the fact I love steelbook cases & I found it on ebay & I just had to have the case foir my collection.

Bought as a gift, therefore the sealed package and "new in box" condition was perfect. Price was good. Shipping was quick.

Very energetic movie. Non-stop action with an occasional chuckle. This 3rd in a series isn't as good as the original due to an over-worked storyline. At points in the movie, the story just seems too rediculous to bother anymore, but the action and special effects keep you watching. Overall, good performances by nearly all of the actors and especially Johny Depp. If nothing else, the scene where he is trapped in Davy Jones' locker and is losing his mind is worth the price of buying the movie alone. I'ld have to rate it as a 10/10 on acting - 10/10 on action - 10/10 on special effects - 6/10 on story

I thought this movie was awesome! If you like the rest of the Pirate's trilogy, you will enjoy this movie. The action is great, it really goes above and beyond the usual, run of the mill action movie. There is just so much going on at the same time, it's hard not to enjoy yourself watching. The rest of the dvd is great, tons of special features that take you further in the world of Pirates. Overall, just awesome, totally recommend!

This is a must see on DVD! At the movies I did not get "all" of the nuiances that this spectacular movie has to offer. Meaning, it's a movie that asks to be watched for the second time. Though quirky, the many Jacks is a great testament to Johnny Depps acting capability. I enjoyed the special effects, the many battle scenes, either the ships or hand-to-hand combat. Not to give it away, but the conclusion of several characters was surprising, sad and grateful. Bill Nighy was fantastic to watch. He had more extensive scenes and his character development of "Jugs" is awesome. Surprising switchover of loyalies and a great surprise from Tia Dalma. I had heard it was "disjointed" in plot, but, what I noticed was the opposite. This movie joined each character, main and supporting, with the development of their respective life and plot from COTBP, DMC and AWE. The series could close here, but the last teaser after the credits gives hope for more to come. I have viewed this once in the theaters and once on DVD with plans to view it again for pieces I missed. Exceptional movie.

Movie was hard to follow and has too many twists and turns. Seems everyone from the first 2 movies is in this one no matter how they were rescued or returned from the dead. Everyone is double crossing everyone else. Didn't seem to me to have much of a plot. Had plenty of action but I was somewhat disappointed.

This is another top Pirates movie! We're just hoping that the way they left the end that there are many more to come. Usually sequel movies fall way short of the original,these do not.
We would recommend this movie for anyone,however, like many "children's" movies and cartoons these days, there are many parts that only adults will understand and some parents might wish to choose whether or not to let their children watch it.

I like to watch that kind of movies. The price was right and the movie was good. The turn around was fast. I wanted the sequal to the other movies.

Excellent shape brand new, I am sorry to see this series come to a end or maybe not? It could come back with another series a long the same as this was, EXCELLENT!!!! I never got the item- the seller never communicated with me, causing me to file a claim with Paypal- very disappointed with how disorganized this whole process can be.

I needed to finish the series of the movies, what I didn't like about it that it was to long and to drawn out. Why I bought it is because I wanted it so I bought it, and it completed the series.

Le troisième volet de cette saga est un très bon film, comme ses prédécesseurs, mais il y a un je-ne-sais-quoi qui fait en sorte qu'il n'est pas aussi captivant que les autres. Sûrement dû à la durée du film, plus de 2h45. Beaucoup trop long. Certaines scènes auraient dû être raccourcies ou tout simplement abandonnées. Beaucoup trop de dialogues "sérieux" inutiles et inintéressants. Beaucoup de nouveaux personnages secondaires apparaîssent, mais on nous donne peu d'information sur eux. Par contre, les effets spéciaux sont toujours aussi bien faits et le jeu de Johnny Depp est toujours impeccable. La fin nous laisse entrevoir le fait qu'il pourrait y avoir un quatrième opus, mais je ne sais pas si c'est vraiment nécessaire. Je crois vraiment qu'on a fait le tour de la piraterie.

It's about CAPTAIN Jack Sparrow!! Savvy?!?! Enuf said. Only thing I didn't like was that it ended!

I found this movie more crude than the original and the sequal. Definately a must see, but the funny humor is replaced with metric tons of action. A movie many will enjoy to conclude the trilogy.
