Motorola MOTOKRZR K1 (AT&T)

This is a good phone if you like basic functions, the software doesn't work on vista, so you have to have windows xp lucky for me I have one of each. It has excellent sound, has one of the clearest ring tones i've heard but it's a pain trying to keep it clean. The front gets finger prints real easy and gets smoogy, but overall good phone.

I lvoe the phone great price great seller everything was great. I bought it becuase I like motorolla and this phone was at a great price.

My plan was up so I purchased this because of the look & being on sale. I am 57 yrs. old & can't figure it out. My calls break up,lots of echoes & if I have special features I can't find them. I had a sony flip before this & I loved it.

I purchased the cell phone [ motorla razor ] as a present for my wife. It was a birthday present and it really surprised her. It didnt surprise me that ebay had exactly what i was looking for and i will continue to make and start to sell items on ebay.

This is a great low profile flip phone. Had a solid feel and is sturdy. Very easy to use and has all of the features Motorola is known for.

as the young generation says it's the in thing. I bought it for my daughter because she felt that her other phone is out of style and wanted to up grade.

I like how this phone is very sleek and lightweight. So far I have had no problems with it for the first month. I have not tried to download any songs onto it but it does record with a mic for ringtones which I like so I can choose which part of the song I prefer. the KRzR K1 also has a 5 day battery life. A+

I decided to buy this phone because I love the razor.
I thought I would like this even more because it's smaller.
I do. I find the main features are not compromised. The key
pad, the ease to dial a number.
I'm still using my razor because I bought the krzr for my
son, but I test drove it first.

I did love the product the way it looks, but i did not like when i ask the seller a Q he never e-mail me back. That is very sad.

I like my cellphone because it is Brand New, and everything is working in excelent condition. is a confortable phone and very easy to carry on.

I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM, ITS A FRAUD! the seller never contacted me and has dessapeared Paypal is investigating but i't taking way too long. I'm affraid to buy from ebay now, anybody could be doing fraud.

I really bougth this product because I needed a phone that I can use out side the US, I read the product specifications and it was r eally true I can use my cell phone outside the US, in addition the delivery was really fast.

Great call quality, comes with Bluetooth, a 2-megapixel camera, and a speakerphone. But it lacks 3G support and external music controls.

Great phone very graceful, looks very sexy for a phone. Wide array of features and accessories. Very easy to use interface, though navigating the menus can be a bit sluggish. The phone it self is a fingerprint magnet, the glass panel on the out side of the phone seems to cling onto everthing that passes by it. On the inside of the phone the keypad has been improved over the RAZRs. Now it sports a dedicated clear and go back button. Now going back to that fingerprint magnet. Since the keypad literally touches the screen while it is closed. If you have greasy fingers. You will find a mirrored image of the keypad on the screen. It is extremely visible under direct light. Another thing under direct light it is very difficult to read and comprehend the screen. Anyway the camera takes excellent images when the 8x zoom is not used. Anything lower than the 8x zoom is a pretty decent image. Next is the music player, the motorola audio player takes forever to load, but once inside it works perfectly very similar to an ipod. However the phone must be open in order to use the music controls. The Bluetooth on the phone works almost flawlessly. When paired with a Motorola HT820 for audio with stereo bluetooth. The audio quality is excellent, with the exception that it cuts out every once in a while. In my opinion the earbuds that came with the phone are pathetic and hideous. I would highly recommend getting the motorola MOTOROKR S9 A2DP Stereo Bluetooth headset or the one that I mentioned earlier. The wireless ones have intuitive controls and don't even require you open you phone to control the music player. The manual says in supports upto a gig of memory, honestly I wouldn't push it over, because a gig is a lot of memory for a phone. Other things the batter life is fairly good I am pretty sure it would last at least a week in standby. Next there is an intricate airplane mode, and it allows you to listen to music on an airplane, however it will not let you use Bluetooth while in this mode. Well I am tired of writing. The Motorola KRZR K1 has an excellent set of features, it look great but depending upon what light you have it in it can be quite a disgusting phone.

All right, so I'm just out of high school, right? I text. I talk all the time. I play games, I listen to music 24/7. I do all of that stupid teenage stuff. And I was looking for the phone to put all of those things together minus being stupid and teenager-ly.

So I looked into it, I did my research, and this and the Nokia 5300 XpressMusic were my last two choices. I chose this one because it had a 2-megapixel camera. However, upon buying the phone (new from T-mobile) I found that it didn't take pictures any better than my brother's Samsung Trace (another T-Mobile phone, and a pretty good one at that). In fact, in most situations, the Trace took BETTER pictures in all different kinds of lighting. Even the CNET review of this phone agrees with me on that.

As far as the mp3 player goes, the application for the mp3 player runs PAINFULLY slow. The speaker on the phone for the music is nice and loud though, and the phone is capable of holding 2GB of memory, which is nice.

But all in all, the absolute WORST (and I mean worst. Just awful) part of this phone is the RECEPTION. Dear God. Now, I know that T-Mobile isn't world-renowned in its reception capabilities, but when I'm standing in the middle of my house and I have five bars of service then suddenly none, something can't be right. Now, I used to have a Nokia 3220 (look it up. It's not even a flip or slider phone) and compared to the Motorola KRZR, the Nokia's reception was FAR better. I took up this problem with T-Mobile, and they gave me a new sim card, but to no avail. The reception is still awful. So I thought I'd try something, seeing as I'm looking to sell it - I got my phone unlocked. So I put in a friend of mine's Cingular SIM card just to see if the reception would be better - it wasn't. And I live in the city.

Another thing I cannot stand with this phone is when I'm simply trying to send someone a text message and at the start of writing the message, I have service. And at when I try to send it, my phone is suddenly searching for reception! Also, when it comes to texting with this phone - if you are someone who texts frequently DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. Go into a local phone shop and try out the texting for yourself. Motorola's iTap text messaging system is downright awful in comparison to most other brands. When you write out a sentence, it takes the KRZR so painfully long to finish it. As you text out a word, each character takes roughly two seconds JUST TO APPEAR ON THE SCREEN. And, if you are misspelling a word, the phone will not stop you like my old Nokia did. You can literally press the '5' key ten times and Motorola's iTap engine will try and make a word out of it like "Lljlljllkj". Ridiculous.

Also, even if you don't text, you will notice how slow the phone runs. Simply going through your Contacts can prove to be a lengthy task.

I bought this phone when it was 199.99 with a two-year service plan with T-Mobile. And for a college kid, that's a lot of cash. And I regret it. I tried out the phone in the store, and the texting thing even annoyed me in there, but I had my heart set on buying this anyway. I told myself I would get used to it and like it. I don't. At all.

Sure, the KRZR has got some nice features with Bluetooth, a nice shiny exterior, and the "Motorola" name tag slapped on it. But if you're planning on buying this phone, I wouldn't recommend it.

Not a bad phone I like it slim and fits in your pocket very nice. Listen to music and can store a good bit of music depending on you size card. Does not take abuse well suggestion do not drop it however the battery and the back will stay on very well and for those who make a habit of dropping phones you know how frustrating that can be to drop a phone and it completly fall apart on you. My comment on abuse comes from the slim line figure of the phone is shows dings from being dropped very well recomend getting a case for it if you are a dropper. Text is no where near as well as what my Razr was seems a bit confusing then again I am a guy so texting is not a issue I am fond or very well at for that matter. I just got it still learning it and for the most part I like it I do see other phones I could have got and some what wish I had of done so at this point but making do with this thus far. This phone does not seem suited to the humid southern summers where the humidity level hovers around 90% for months on end.
The keyboard contacts succomed with less than 4 months use, I was forced to buy a nearly indestructible and far less expensive Samsung to get by with.
The KRZR has the aux memory card, takes good pictures and is styled well. For someone who works and lives in a less challenging environment this might be a good phone. This is the second RAZOR type phone to have a keyboard bite-the-dust in the past 6 months.
Would I buy another RAZOR type phone?
No. They are too costly,too delicate and too susceptible to even ambient humidity.

I bought this phone because well i needed a new phone and this one seemed to have all the features that i wanted and i have to say that i really really LOVE this phone! great camera awesome sound great reception and i really love the stereo bluetooth it is great! the only thing that i can think of that i don't really like about this phone is the voice recognition software it just seems a little slow compaired to voice tags but it works very well just takes a little bit to load the app and get the commands recognized and executed. all and all I love this phone and highly recommend it!

Motokrzr K1 is a top of the line phone. It has all the features of the Razr but in a slimmer design. I purchased the Krazr for my wife because she said the Razr was a little wide for her smaller hand. The camera makes very clear pictures. It all in all is a great phone for the price!!!

Great Phone it just took longer to deliver due to some issue but other than that I love my phone!!! will definitely do business again.

I purchased the Motorola MOTOKRZR K1 phone because of its beautiful color, sleek style and easy to use features. Not only is this a great phone, the price I acquired it for here on E-Bay was another plus.

I love this phone. its small - its light and it stores(with an added card) alot of stuff.This is a really great phone. great reception and maybe its my carrier but i never drop calls with it. You can buy alternate skins to change the looks of it too. I am really happy with its performance.

The KRZR is a great phone that is the next step beyond the RAZR. It weights slightly more, is the same length, but is about 25% narrower. I highly recommend this phone. It is also a quad band phone, which means it works almost anywhere.

I LIKE THE MP3 AND BEING ABLE TO RECORD YOUR OWN RINGTONES I DONT LIKE IT BEING SO MUCH SMALLER (than the razor )ITS HARDER TO DAIL #S AND THE SCREEN SIZE BEING SO SMALL, I MEAN WASN'T THAT A MAJOR SELLING POINT OF THE RAZOR IN THE FIRST PLACE ? I SWICHED BACK TO MY RAZOR IT WAS A PAIN BUT OH WELL.I PREFER IT BETTER.
