Motorola MOTOKRZR K1 (AT&T)

Reception is good, way better than my old RAZR. I'm a H.S. Teacher and all my students really like the stylish looks of my new phone.
I don't text, but a few of them liked that the phone has a small keypad area so texting is faster.
The keypad has a great feel, I like the responsiveness of the buttons.
My phone came from Hong Kong apparently, the games are in some flavor of Chinese. There are even Chinese characters on the keypad. That's cool stuff to me.
Bluetooth works well, I sync it to my MacBook Pro using Apple's iSync software. Contacts and Calendars sync perfectly. Even the Contact photos sync too.
I really like this phone.

I bought this phone because I was having bad luck with all the others and my upgrade through my cell phone company was not available yet. The tinny sound quality when listening/talking on the phone left me very dissapointed but I am happy with the camera and MP3. Would not recommend this phone.

The overall review of this product is excellent. When searching for a phone I had several features that I was looking for. This particular item met and exceeded my expectations. I am very pleased with the mp3 player, access to the web, conectivity with my pc as well as your everyday typical alarm clock, ring tones and calender. I would recommend this item to anyone that is looking for something stylish and compact.

I got this phone for my girlfriend and she absolutely loved it. Although the original phone they sent me wasn't working, they sent me a replacement right away, and it works just fine!

This item worked well for a short period of time. We needed to replace a new one which met an untimely end, and the only options were 'refurbished'. It was discontinued by AT&T (Cingular) and I suspect it was for quality reasons. There are many (many,many,many) refurbished available on eBay, which is probably another indication of overall quality control issues for Motorola on this product. Plus, it opens the door for many less then dependable eBay sellers to unload poor quality merchandise. (Like carshowguy).

I had reservations about buying an unlocked GSM phone but took the chance. After charging the phone I plugged in my Cincinnati Bell SIM card and it fired up and worked immediately. No problems with basic compatibility at all. The only problem I have had is trying to connect to the internet through the phone but I believe this to be a problem with my settings not the phone.

I installed a 2GB mini SD card and was able to put MP3 files on the card using Windows Explorer with no problem. The phone streams MP3s (A2DP stereo)to my blueant bluetooth headphones flawlessly, the phone and the headphones paired quickly and easily.

So far this has been a great phone (2 weeks) .... I recommend it

The K1 has lots of extras to make it an all-in-one. The ability to add a mini SD card allows more versatility. Good size and presentation of information but screen is a little small and cramps some info. Good camera.

After further inspection the phone wasn't new as stated in the bid, is a used non working phone, the water damage seal is missing, the battery and the charger didn,t work.
This phone was shiped outside the states so is difficult for me to return it, but I am really disappointed of this, because the seller was supposed to be a good one and I paid good money for this phone and recived a piece of trash.

I purchased this same type of phone in August 07 for my wife and could'nt be happier with it, but when I purchased this one it did not work. I contacted the seller and after going back and forth a couple of days was able to send it back for a replacement. When I received the second phone I could not get it to work either even after talking to an AT&T Tech for 2 hours. By this time I was so frustrated I sent the phone back for a refund. The seller was accommodating but the merchandise was below par.

Well i decided to buy it because i saw it as a good deal, so the phone came in disfunctional ...yea it did but everything breaks ..after all nothing last foever..but in the end i got a brand new phone and i was very happy with it.

I HAD HEARD THAT THE KRAZR WAS AWESOME. I WAS LIED TO. THE BATTERY DOORS FALL OFF SO EASILY AND THE BUTTONS ARE HARD TO PUSH. THE SOUND QUALITY IS A JOKE TOO. MAYBE I WAS SOLD A FACTORY SECOND WHO KNOWS. I KNOW THAT ILL STICK WITH MY REGULAR OLD RAZR AS THEY ARE A BETTER PRODUCT, FOR THAT MATTER ANY WALMART PREPAID FONE IS A BETTER FONE. DONT BUY A KRAZR ON EBAY, YOU WILL BE VERRY UNHAPPY.

from my testes, i say the k1 is excellent because the battery last long, talk time is alright, i have dropped my phone many times and even in water and it is still going like brand new, the only thing that is needed to do is to keep cleaning it every day because it can get dirty easily by the glossy look on it... i say it isnt worth paying 200$ unlocked for both retail and ebay. it is worth 100-150$ max ! for unlocked krzr k1.

This phone was unlocked. Couldn't access internet, & speaker didn't work. Sent back for refund. Will never buy unlocked phone again.

I purchased this phone because of the sleek look & great size. First phone I received you could not hear through the ear piece, only the speakerphone was the way you could communicate. I sent it back (which took forever with the e-bay seller) and got my second phone. This one the battery would not hold a charge for longer than 10 minutes, and within two days the battery went completely dead. I put a new battery in and the charge would still not work. Again, I sent this phone back and after 7 weeks of my initial purchase I received a message they would refund me my money MINUS restocking fees of 15%. Keep in mind I had to send each phone back, costing me shipping charges twice, on top of the shipping charges I had to pay when I bought the phone. Perhaps the phone is good, and the e-bay seller has "seconds." Not sure, but I selected another phone from another seller and am having the best of luck with it.

The KZKR would constantly show finger prints all of the exterior of the phone due to its shiney exterior. Also, the slim appearance is nice, BUT it is difficult to read the texts as the print is small.

I love the product, the phone color is beautiful, and is very good phone, good sing, I send this phone to my country, and work perfect, my brother use and he say is ring is nice
