The Secret (2006, DVD)

It was very motivating and opened my eyes to things that I didn't realize...but, should have known! I'm really trying to do the things they say to do in the video although it takes a lot of willpower. I'm going to watch it at least once a month to stay motivated. Wish I would have seen or heard of this wonderful DVD a lot sooner!!!

This is a great motivational movie. It is basically an overview of the book, that hits on the main ideas. It is a great boost when you need to be more positive!

I always knew about the theory behind the movie but it was refreshing the way they've shown it in the movie. Excellent movie.

It is a good product for self help. I watch it and it motivates me to get up and follow my dreams. I bought it because it was a good price. I have got the book and I wanted the DVD to go alang with it.

i read the book and wanted to compare the dvd to the book. both very beneficial and life changing if you put 'the secret' to work. would recommend both to anyone for life inspiring changes.

A friend told me about The Secret so I bought the DVD. It is very inspiring and is life changing if one follows the information.

Not as good as the book. The movie is for someone who needs the ideas spelled out simply. Easy to understand.

This book has changed the way I think and how I deal with people. It is with more grace and compassion that I now use in everyday life, no thanks to this movie. I never realized until I opened my eyes just what is all around us. It's truly amazing the beauty and abundance that are all around us. You Just need to embrace it.

I bought this DVD because I had ordered it at random from Netflex two weeks ago and watched it. I have been taking care of my mother for some time since she became ill and retired to do so. I have been somewhat lost and cut off from the life I had previously and didn't know what to do to give myself a new outlook and direction to go on.

My faith in God along with the uplifting spirit of this DVD has changed my life for the better. I realize now that I have to be more grateful for the abundance of all the gifts God has given me in order to have the inner happiness I craved and I also realize that God wants us all to have that joy and will send us that abundance if we only ask for it and believe in it ourselves.

I have since watched the DVD many times and wake up each day with a new happy spirit. I have started a small business from home, since I am unable to go out to work each day, and am enjoying every bit of my blessed life.

I can't promise others will feel as I do about this DVD. I only know it helped me.

I would certainly watch this DVD before I ordered it because it may clash with some of your traditional religious beliefs.

I've read hundreds of reviews on this movie and they all say the same thing LIFE CHANGING!!!The is by FAR one of the greatest movies ever produced! Like most who have seen it, I watch it over and over, I give it away as gifts and loan it constantly. The changes in the lives of the people who have seen this then put LOA into practice are virtually unbelievable! My own life has completely changed in every area. I have one friend who went from broke, car licence expired, DL expired, insurance, bills all behind to every thing legal, all bills paid, phone and internet hooked up, computer aquired for self and son (his own), and happier than I have ever seem her, all in ONE MONTH!!!THIS IS A TRUE STORY! If you haven't bought this movie yet, STOP EVERY THING AND BUY IT RIGHT NOW!

It's one of the best self help tools to come along in years. I was reading the book. The DVD helps you visualize and remember what you read, which also makes it easier to put it into practice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Try it, you'll love it. I watch parts of it several times a week.

OK so the movie is a bit quirky, but it's the message that is so awesome. Inspiring movie. I alrady own the movie. I am buying additional copies for gifts. I have a few friends who will love it! I like that the Author also has a web site.

The DVD is well done. Some people will not love the somewhat Hollywood flavor at times; but the ideas are powerful. Looking back,... everything that we have accomplished utilized the secret without us even knowing it. How much better to utilize it consciously? The world would be a very different place if only a small percentage of the population utilized these ideas. Watch this DVD and apply it to accomplish whatever is your dream.

A friend came over with this movie for us to watch one evening. At first I thought it was just too "out there" to be true. I couldn't help but think about the Laws of Attraction over the next few days. I decided that it cost me nothing and there was no downside to trying and zero risk.

I am so glad that I did. My life started to transform within days of applying the concepts. In the beginning it was a bit difficult to adapt and stay consistent. I remained diligent and now it is just the way that I am and great habits that I adopted. There has been nothing but positive tangible results from applying these basic principles.

Very inspiring, must see movie. They will not tell you anything you didn't already know, but it is never too much to be reminded of what we are capable of doing. Just remember: we are the magnets, that attract what we project. Or something like that. This movie is about how to learn to love and respect yourself and others and how to be successful in anything. Not preaching, just remind you of how much good you have inside.

Bought it for the content. Very uplifting and encouraging. If only we could all follow these practices... how different our world would be.

The DVD left you in suspense. It was presented as a more academic premise than a mystic, occult manner. This was great because it could appeal to all walks of life. I decided to purchase the DVD because a friend and her mother advised me to get it. It was so great that I passed it on to a co worker who was feeling dragged down.

I first saw this at a continuing education class. I bought it on ebay to share with a friend who was struggling a little with life balance. It is an excellent aid to helping someone to help themselves through empowerment from within.
