Super Mario Galaxy (Wii)

This game definitely lives up to the mario gaming experience. If you love the other games you should love this one. The graphics in this game are amazing, I was sometimes surprised by the detail. The story is ok, it is pretty much the same as all others though, Peach is kidnapped and Mario needs to rescue her. The story line with mama and the lumas was interesting though. Beating the main story is pretty easy. I found it to be easier than Mario 64 anyway. It takes a lot to get all 100 stars, I wasn't up to it. The gravity aspect in this game was also impressive. It takes some getting used to, but it's a lot of fun. I was expecting low gravity, at least on some planets, but there wasn't ever anything like that. The gravity is earth like rather than moon like I suppose. Overall any one that likes mario should enjoy this game.

This game is awesome!! I am a Super Mario fan from the begining and this is so much fun I had to purchase a Nintendo WII just so I could play the game. I don't have any complaints and recommend this game for ALL age levels. I am in my 50's and I have to admit I am hooked!

love the graphics on the game and the game itself is awesome! This game is definitely appropriate for all ages and has alot of hidden worlds and challenges that will keep you playing for hours.

This game is great. It's pretty easy so it would be perfect for the amature gamer. The gravity is a little weird getting used to and can be a bit frustrating at times when trying to get Mario to run straight but overall it's really well done. There are a few harder bosses so far (I only am about half way through the game) but so far I really enjoy it.

The two player mode is lame, but was a good idea and had it's head in the right place. Basically the 2nd player can point and gather stars and click on mario to make him spin.

I enjoy the game, a fun game, with a good story, good for kids. A little repetitive with the actions, but that's every mario game.

I have an 11 year old son that is just into this game. He plays it until the wii-mote batteries die on him. The visuals look excellent and the graphics are by far some of the best I've seen on the wii (except for Metroid Prime 3). Seems like a great game to own. Remember this is 1 player though so the kids WILL fight over it. But what don't they fight over, right?

If you love the Mario Franchise, You will Definitely Love this game! Everything that Mario has to offer and more! A Whole GALAXY more!! from stars exploding and making new worlds to helping the princess (again) it's just one turn after the other.

I originally bought this game based on the graphics I saw on TV ads. When I started playing I thought it was too simple compared to Super Mario Sunshine. Boy was I WRONG!!!
As the game progresses it becomes a lot more challenging and extremely fun. There are many hidden worlds and secrets that you have to watch for and talk to everyone to get hints. I am about 3/4 complete and still find new surprises as I play.
If not for downloading a FAQ/Walkthru I would not be as far as I am, but even with the walkthru every level is a challenge and not as easy as I originally thought.
This game was worth what I paid and would have been worth it even if I had paid RETAIL!!!! Get it and have FUN......

I bought the Wii Super Mario Galaxy game for my grandson's birthday from e-bay because I didn't want to pay the price the games cost in the stores. I was very impressed at how fast the seller sent it, although the price I ended up paying was not that much less than what they sell for in stores. The game was in excellent condition and my grandson has had hours of fun playing it. I'd recommend purchasing from this seller again.

Mario Galaxy is a great game similar to Mario 64 for Nintendo 64. Not as challenging in some ways but still a fun game to play.

This is undoubtedly the best game ever from Mario's franchise. The characters never get "old" and the graphics are so much better from the oldie "Super Mario World" from SNES. If you like this kind of Mario's games, you will sure love it!

combines all the fine aspects of other mario games--very little downside. It is action packed with a good level selection. It is hours of fun for the whole family.

I don't like to see mario go in this direction. I know the earth isn't flat but the planets on this game are way to small. It leaves enemies and traps very hard to see or predict. If you don't like rollercoasters you wont like this game and if you loved super mario 64, this is a whole new game. The wii mote is used pretty smoothly in this game and maybe it does get better but, its not a game i can just sit down, play, and fully enjoy.

Very good game, though a bit disorienting to go around a globe. Takes some getting used to. A lot of fun and a great story line.

This game is perfect for the casual gamer who owns a Wii. The controls are fairly simple, the plot easy to follow, and plenty of levels. It is also for a variety of ages, ranging from old enough to read to young enough to enjoy video games.

However, don't expect anything that is 'wicked awesome'. The graphics are OK, but Super Mario is just the same old Super Mario.

But, with that said, most (if not all) of the worlds are new and very different. Mario can also change into other versions of himself, including Ghost Mario, Bee Mario, Spring Mario, Fire Mario, and Ice Mario. All of them are unique per level and fun to use.

You won't be disappointed, as long as you don't expect something out of this world.

Cute for kids or if you're a super Mario Fan this game is great for you. It's a outspace action version of Mario Sunshine. If you liked that game, you'll like this one. Twirls and whirls of the typical Mario querks.

In true Mario fashion, you are led from here to there and back again in this game. Also in true Mario fashion, if you're a fan you'll love it! (It follows in the footsteps of Super Mario Sunshine.) It's very challenging to get through the levels and find all the hidden items and secrets. I'm one of those that likes to find EVERYTHING, and let me tell you on some of these it is TOUGH!! It's different playing with the two remotes (nunchuck and Wii), but it's nice that you have the option to have someone help you along the way (player 2). Sometimes the second player can be distracting, but it's worth the distraction in lives saved and star bits scored. If you've played the Marios before this, you'll do well - lots of 1-ups along the way so you don't have to worry. But be ready for some real challenges, too! Enjoy!

WOW this is the best Wii game I have played so far!!!!! Great play action not to hard but not to easy. I love this game!!!!A must buy if you have a Wii.

The graphics are outstanding for the Wii. The music and controls are excellent. The gameplay is very intuitive. This game is easy to pick up, and fun to play. The ever changing angles could make you queasy after extended gameplay, but this game is highly reccomended. Definately on of the best Wii games yet.

I know its great game. Actually bought it for my nephew to give it as a gift. but its a mario game soo 5 stars * * * * *. Grew up playing mario so gotta be great
