I love this movie and all the other Pirates of the Caribbean movies, I had all the other movies and so I decided to buy this one as well. I also brought one for a Christmas present for someone else and they loved it!

I received the item quickly. This was a birthday present for my husband and we absolutely love this movie series.

The movie was a great movie. My children loved the Pirates of the Carribean movies. Johnny Depp played a great role in the movie. I would highly recomend to any pirate lovers!

Continues where the first one left off. Depp is great. Best part is - ending leaves it open for the third.

Action packed and full of adventure. The film truly keeps you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. Purchased to complete the Pirates of the Caribbean Set!

The movie is good almost as good as the first. I bought this item to go with my collection of movie's. Had the first and last just needed the second.

I love the movie and just finished watching it. I decided to buy it because I owned the movie and a friend of mine borrowed it over a year ago and still hasn't returned it. I figured it would be quicker to just buy a new one.

Since I am a Johnny Depp fan, I would most certainly like the film, "Dead Man's Chest". The "Pirates of the Caribbean" films are all sensational. So funny, adventuresome, and fast-moving, you have to love them. Orlando Bloom was great, as he always is, and Kiera Knightly was beautiful, as usual. Depp should have gotten as Oscar for the first of the three films, for sure, but alas, he didn't! Still doesn't stop this fan from appreciating his gift. Ferreespaisley

Alright, the first movie was awesome! It brought back to life what Disney can do for family viewing. Growing up in the days of ol' time movies being rerun on the Disney Channel, I grew to love Disney very much. With classics like Old Yeller, Summer Magic, Swiss Family Robbinson and the like, I loved family type movies with no gross nudity, a story line that is not only enchanting, but also engrossing and will keep you on your toes.

Now, with the second "Pirate's" movie of the trilogy having just come out on DVD today, I just had to go out and rent it. (My husband though had the ending ruined for him when his manager accidentally told him what happens just a mere three days before it's release.) So, I got to the store to ensure that we got a copy (no problem there, still over 60 copies when I left--with 200 for Miami Vice gathering dust, ha!) I rushed home, the excitement on his face! We put it on as soon as our PS2 stopped being a punk and started playing, and with many "shhhs!" to our 4 year old, we were able to watch the movie.

We loved the first movie. We thought it was funny, greatly casted and even to this day we spout many of our favorite lines from the movie. "Why's the rum gone?" The sequel however falls short slightly. Don't get me wrong, we both really really liked it. Some of the fight scenes were just awesome; choreographed perfectly, the visual effects up to par with other great films as Titanic (think of the switchover of the ship from Rose's retelling and then the shots of it underwater) and the Matrix trilogy.

However, even though the film is supposed to leave you knowing there's a third coming, it seemed short. Yes, it's 150 minutes long, but the story dragged at times so when you got to the ending, you were hopping it would continue. I guess they wanted that so you can't wait for the 3rd and rush out and see it. Just keep that in mind as it ends, that there is more to come.

I'm just glad it's not like the Harry Potter series where it's years between films. Pirates of the Caribbean 3: At World's End is to come out in the summer. I'm sure I'll be back with a movie review of it for ya.

We liked all the Pirates movies. We only had the first one, so we had to get the next two. Great trilogy. All the movies are action packed with romance and comedy built in. Wish they would make another...

This was a Christmas gift for my son-in-law and it arrived promptly and in excellent condition with plenty of time to re-send it out to Ohio.

Good movie but does not have the same amount of action as the other movie's in the series. I think I would have rather rented this one instead of own it.

This series is a wonderful one to spend time with kids and watch movies on the cold Michigan afternoons when just to chilly to go out and play.

This is a good movie with lots of action and comedy a must see adventure my son loves all the sea creatures

Johnny Depp plays the perfect pirate, the rest of the cast continue to entertain with another well written chapter of the Pirates of the Caribbean. The special effects amaze with Davey Jones and crew, even the Kraken.

I purchased a DVD listed as new and it had "junk" on the playing surface of the disc. I have sent a couple of e-mails to the seller with no response. I will not use this particular seller again.

This movie was a joy to watch. Not as good as the first movie, but a lot more enjoyable then some other Pirate Movies.

It is a great movie. i decided to buy this because i like the movie and would like to get the full trilogy.

I loved it. I think they should make more movies like this. I am 59 years old and my wife and I find it hard to find a movie that a woman hasn't been raped or killed, or a murder and violence it it. We like clean movies that have a plot and suspense.

This is an excellent movie. I like Johnny Depp in this series. It has enough suspense, mystery and humor to be a very enjoyable movie series. Waiting patiently for the next one, At World's End.

We needed all kinds of things to use as prizes for a pirate party, that we have every year and ebay was the place to purchase all my prizes, I had fun bidding and winning my booty of treasures to be given out at the party, even down to scratch off tickets, and costumes.!!!
