Broken Trail (2006, DVD)

I had the chance to see this movie but I came into about a third of the way into it and missing the beginning . Immediately I was caught up in the story line and Robert Duvall is one of my favorite actors and I have always loved the westerns . So on the hunt I went and with ease it wasn't difficult to find .Once it was delivered that evening I set down to watch the movie in its intirety . What a very good movie . The plot was very realistic and the acting of the cast made it complete . For anybody that enjoys a good western this is a must to have .

I have seen this in the tv show last time and I love the story very much. It is a mix of western, action and most of all love story. It also tells how a cowboy lives before. It tells the truth here that not only black people tends to sell for slavery but chinese as well. Chinese were also brought here in US for force slavery. It is a very very good movie and I recommend it to everyone to watch it...the actors and actresses play their role very good.....

This is a fine portrayal by Robert Duvall of a man who takes his nephew on a saga of a trip to deliver some horses to sell. Along the way they encounter some bad guys and become the reluctant of five chinese woman that had been abandoned and mistreated by their owner.This is a classic western and Duvall and Thomas Hayden Church (Wings tv show & Sideways) put on a good performance.
