Motorola V710 (ALLTEL Wireless)

This phone has been really hard to setup and use. I have had problems with it turning to the silencing position and do not have a ringer. So I miss many calls. I cannot get it to setup in the voice calling. It is just a hard one to use. I will not purchase this phone again and would not advise anyone else to purchase. I bought it in the first place because my other phone was broken and not time to renew my contract.

Cell phone is excellant shape and hooked up with Alltel was a snap. Didn't have to sign a 2 yr contract with Alltel to set it up. Very happy with phone.

I bought this Motorola V710 cell phone about a month ago and it works really great. The battery life is great and the clarity is great. The camera is another story. I bought it used on Ebay so I don't know if itwas used alot or if there is another problem, but the camera does not make clear pictures at all. Sometimes it seems as if they are in black & white with just a hint of color. The phone is easy to use, charges quick, has a large screen so it is easy to read. All in all, I would recommend this phone if you buy it new or if the camera does not matter that much to you.

the phone was in good shape, the home charger didnt work and the battery wouldnt hold any charge. i purchased this one because of the price and the camera feature.

I returned the phone because I wasn't happy with it. The phone did not come iwith the items that were listed on the auction. The seller said they got it back and he would return it will all the correct pieces and I have yet to recieve the phone back. I got ripped off $40.00.

this phone works great and has all the bell & whistles as a razr but does not feel like your going to break it.it's solid.

The cell is in geat condition. It came with a home and car charger. I went to my carrier and was able to use it right away. All features work like brand new. I am very happy to have save so much money for my new phone.

they want you to leave good feedback for them but they take their own good time leaving anything for you. never received any feedback from them. Paid very quickly and still haven't received anything in over a month. The phone is a good one but not to people friendly

It looked like a good phone for my sister for Christmas. It said slightly used. I paid over $20 for express shipping, and it took over 5 days, putting the phone here after Christmas. Once it did arrive, it was not slightly used, the screen was so bad, I couldnt even see the background, the hinge was all wobbly, about to pop the top off at any second. After a lot of fussing back and forth with 3 or 4 different people that work at this company I Was able to get a refund of the phone back, but I was out the $20 that it cost me for shipping, and the $10 it cost me to ship it back, so I am in the hole $30. I will never buy from this seller again.

If you were a Motorola StarTac fan... you will really like this phone.
The phone is is not sleek and modern looking... but it gets wonderful reception. If you are in an area with limited cell towers this phone is one of the few I have found that will still switch to analog when needed and grab whatever reception it can find for you.
It has all the modern features, blue tooth, camera, etc.
Not really happy with Battery life, but just bought an extended life battery and it really helps.
I have bought this same model of phone several times now for family members and they all prefer it because of the good reception which is so much better than anything else we have used found recently.

I was buying a replacement phone for a friend. Price was my main concern. The phone was resonably priced and in nice condition, sad to say my friend has not activated it so I have no performance data. I am satisfied with the buy.

Phone was very scratched when received, people cannot hear myself very well when talking on the phone, it also shuts off occasionally for no apparent reason.

I rated the product extremely poor. However,the customer service at ndcellular regarding my refund for the product was superb. Therefore I rated the entire transaction as average.
