Well I bought this now some time ago...
And nothing but poor operational performance, long start up sequence and fiddly cable when used for extended time frames....like driving from Sydney to Brisbane... the battery just does not last...

To date I have not been able sell this door stop.
But that is mainly because I have a conscience.
Look elsewhere..
The concept of this product is great, and is what attracted me to it in the first place.... but the reality is that to get ON AIR is an involved process with the PDA and the 4410, all within a limited time frame, just takes to long. At the end of the day, I just want to turn a GPS on punch just a few buttons and drive.
Not operate it like some sort of scientific calculator.
Just getting the COMMS setting wrong [ as I accidentlly did - without realising it ] took ages to back track and figure out why it would not talk to the PDA. And that can be accidentlly done EVERY TIME YOU POWER UP...
And technical support from Navman well still waiting for a reply.....bye
