Pros:
The most beautiful voice of the world after Celine Dion!!

Cons:
This album has less songs than the european version.

This amazing woman was already a Diva in french speaking countries and now she hits the english market with her astonishing voice. And what makes her even more special is that she writes songs almost as well as she sings.

The album opens with a breathtaking ballad - "Adagio". Once again Lara sings a classic, and she does it with all her talent and in my opinion better than the original. In this song we can hear Lara reaching really high notes for a long time and her voice doesn't even tremble for a moment.

"Part of me" is a special ballad written by Lara herself and Patrick Leonard who worked with Madonna in almost all her albums. The lyrics and even the music bring something mystic to this song that i love.

The third song is a very fresh song, and the music match perfectly with the lyrics that tell us about the relief after ending a problematic relationship. This relief is shown by Lara's voice on this track, wich goes very smooth.

"You are my heart" its a simple but powerful ballad that has a special meaning to me.

"I am who i am" has a sound that makes it impossible not to dance. Lara's voice assumes a completly different shape. There's something ironic, sarcastic and determined about it and once again it goes perfectly with the music and the lyrics.

"To love again" being a translation of "Si tu m'aimes" previously released in 1997 Lara's french album titled "Pure" reflects what this singer is all about. This song is the real Lara Fabian style.

The next song on the album is a beautiful and sad ballad. This song has something latin, maybe because of the beautiful sound of the acoustic guitar that accompanies Lara's angelical voice through the song.

What was said about "I am who i am" can be applied to "Till i get over you". This song has the same contagious beat and there's something about it that reminds me Anastacia.

"Love by grace" was previously sung by other artists but Lara's version is the most breathtaking. This song went triple platinum in my country (Portugal) and one could listen to it several times on the radio within an hour.

"Yeliel (My angel)" is the most mystic song on album for it explores the mysteries of life. Lara sings smoothly and the song has a pleasant rythm that lifts our soul.

"Broken vow" sounds old and classical but its an astonishing song with a beautiful orchestra that altogether with Lara's strong and sentimental voice, makes us tremble with emotion.

In conclusion, Lara Fabian is one of the greatest Divas of all times that only now revealed herself to the international world of music. In no way can she be compared to Celine Dion for she has her very own style. Knowing the entire work of the two Divas i can assure that the only thing they have in common is an unique voice and the tendency to sing about love.
