Harry Potter's second installment was most definately worth seeing. It follows very closely to the book for those who have read them. As in the books, much of the action comes in later so this movie is not near as action packed. Just like in the Lord of the Rings trilolgy there is much story telling that must take place in order to understand the characters and their journey. This movie is more story telling, but it is neccessary for future understanding. I highly recommend these movies but you must watch them in order to fully grasp Harry Potter and his journey through life.

I liked it all.The characters were all good,and acted like they really lived in that place in time.A wonderful fantasy.I think it will become a classic in years to come.Children as well as adults will be thrilled by the fantasy events that take place,as well as the actors that pulled it all together.

With all the rage for the harry potter series I wanted to read the entire series from start to finish. I am currently in Iraq and so getting good copies is a bit difficult. I really liked the price, and the fact that the shipper was willing to mail to an APO address, they are actually a U.S. address and that kept the postage down. It was a bit of a let down that the shipping and handling cost more that the book it self but it was not so much that I was willing to give up on the product. the book was in great condition and got to me in great time. Thank you.

I loved the movie, the Chamber of Secrets, so I ordered it here on eBay. BUT- the person who I purchased it from sent me the Sorcerers Stone. I already own it, so now I have two. I wrote two emails to the company I bought it with, and they never got back to me.

I've been looking for another Chamber of Secrets DVD for awhile now, since my first one got scratched too badly-I let my nephew borrow it and it got lost in his car, when we found it, it was damaged. I also didn't want to pay top dollar for a new one when a used one would do and I got a great deal on this one. It works great, the packaging was good, I couldn't tell it was a used item and the shipping was great too! I would highly recommend this seller to anyone looking for a decent and hard to find DVD at a reasonable price.

I love the Harry Potter book series, and the movies are wonderful! Of course, it couldn't be completely true to the book without being four hours long, but it got close! The acting was great, and many of the characters were exactly as I imagined them! From Hermione's slightly superior tone, to Ron's hiliarious facial expressions, to beautiful Hogwarts, the movies are some of the best book adaptations I've seen!

Chewing gum for the mind....For sheer escapeism, Harry Potter does it for me...
No fretting about the final outcome, no intellectual critiques of each scene, and no sexual or cultural ennuendo inflicted on the viewer...

This is the second movie adaption of the book series by J.K Rowling. Harry, Ron and Hermione start their second year at Hogwarts, but for some reason Harry keeps hearing voices in the wall that only he can hear! This is a great movie, and has some funny parts in it! Good movie for kids and adults alike! (Although younger kids might be frightened so be aware of that.)

We loved the books. We loved the movies too. We decided to aquire the entire set via e-bay to save money. These dvd's are still over 12 dollars at retailers so seaching and finding them on e-bay really saved us a lot of money. The dvd is very entertaining and great for boring nights on tv. When there's nothing good on it's always a pleasure to watch Harry Potter instead of re-runs and commercials.

What is so great about the harry potter films is that they grow with your child, they become more intellectually stimulating and more emotionally involved. This film is definately is fun and enjoyable for virtually all children 6 and up. as the second film in the series you sould watch the first movie first for background, and rest assured all the subsequent films will leave you wanting more as well. As this film is a bit scaryier than the first, with a giant spider, but Your 6+ year old should be very much glued to the tv threwout... heck you'll be glued to the tv!!

It is obvious when you watch this, any any other Harry Potter movie for that matter, that it was well planned during the planning stages. The script is very close to the book, with only minor changes to speed along the story smoothly.
Harry Potter always comes across a dilemma that strengthens his resolve to always choose the right and be a kind person. He is polite and respectful of her elders which is hardly ever seen in todays childrens movies.
The special effects were believeable and entertaining.

This is close to the book and great fun to watch! In this movie he has his first encounter with "he who must not be named". He also starts to feel at home at Hogwarts, and discovers even more about himself. The first 2 movies are more exploratory, and he learns alot about himself, his friends, his family, his enemies, and home.
Deffinatly buy! Buy the movies, books, all of it but stay away from the rotten egg flavored- berti bots every flavor beans, they are not as pleasent.

Harry Potter & the Chamber of Secrets is the second installment of the Harry Potter series. In this movie we welcome back the beloved trio to their second year at Hogwarts. Everything seems ok at first, but then Harry keeps hearing voices, and it seems he is the only one that can hear them. Strange things begin to happen and a mysterious chamber seems to be involved. Has Harry lost his mind? Is he behind all the strange happenings at Hogwarts? All in all this is a great movie, though I would recommend reading the books for more details. We meet new characters such as Gilderoy Lockheart, the new Defense against the darks arts teacher. And of course we get to see yet another one of the trio's great adventures! This is a fun movie and great for all ages. It's a definite must have for your DVD collection!
