My son should be sending this in because he bouth them and was very pleased by his Family Guy DVD. He has watched them over and over and enjoyed every minute. The DVD's were in great shape and did not skip or jump, they were like brand new.

I never got into the show when it was originally airing on Tv. But, as it started showing on Adult Swim, my brother convinced me it was worth at least trying. I have been a fan of the simpsons since the third season. But, honestly, I find it difficult to get into since watching The Family Guy because in comparison simpson's jokes are pretty simple and "low-Risk". If you've seen any of the shows on cable and like what you've seen, then it's worth buying because it's really consistent. If you're watching the new ones on Fox, and like what you're seeing , then this is definately worth it because (I find) the earlier shows to be funnier.

I almost forgot to explain the title of my review, I bought all four volumes once, but unfortunately, when my last girlfriend and I decided to call it quits, she took them with her. So, I was forced to re-buy them.

Very speedy shipping. The item was advertized as brand new and arrived sealed, however the box was slightly dented. Overall it was good.

This was a brand new set of DVD. The item was a great price. I enjoyed watching the DVD's there were no problems with any of the discs.

Family Guy is an adult humor cartoon. Very up to date with currect issues and jokes. Very good writting and very developed charters.

I love this show. I think it is great for almost any age. The characters are halarious. I love the baby. He is a man child with dream to rule the world. He is constantly ploting the demise of his mother; which always goes wrong.

i shouldnt write why family guy is awesome so i won't. if your reading this you know what family guy is already. anyways the episodes are great, and well organized, but the behind the scenes special really leaves alot to be desired. it was short and kinda pointless, and i was really hoping for a decent special about family guy.

Also the quality of the video is so-so, it seems like there was too much video on each disc and they just randomly compressed certain scenes. sometimes the video looks fine, and other times it gets blurry, and it just rotates back and forth. this may not bother most people, but it does me, considering im watching this on a 1080p plasma tv.

It just doesn't get any better than this. The complete first and second seasons make this set a true TV classic.

Family Guy is one of my favorite shows and it is so funny. FAmily Guy is one of the best animated comedies ever. Must Buy!!

I bought this 4 DVD set, used, but in great condition. We laughed until our sides hurt. Every DVD is loaded with hours of hillarious episodes of Peter, Brian, Stewie, Chris, Meg, and Lois doing the things they do best, making us LAUGH!! Not to mention all the other characters in the show. This has got to be my favorite show, hands down the funniest show on television. Since I bought Seasons 1 & 2, I have also bought seasons 3, 4, and 5. I can't wait for more! We sit and watch these over and over and never get tired of them. I can't wait for the new seasons to start!!! Excellent, wonderful, side-splitting comedy, a must have for any collector!!!

I've seen every early Family Guy episode mulitple times, and every one of them is still hilarious! If you've never seen this show, you will find yourself laughing so hard and so often, that you will often miss out on the next joke, which is why I ended up watching a lot of these episodes multiple times. These are the episodes that started it all! How this show went relatively unnoticed by many until it's eventual DVD release, I'll never know. Leave it to Fox to put on a show this funny in the most ridiculous and inconvenient time slot.

This is an excellent ADULT comedy cartoon. Peter Griffin the superdad of a father tries to impress his children, but everytime he tries something tends to go wrong! Stewie the baby of the family is all about trying to kill his mother and with his english accent you will fall in love with this adorable but distructive baby! The talking dog is the most sensible in the family the daughter meg is a bit on the odd side, and the son is well a dumbie in most cases. The mother is an all around keeper and any guy in town would like to have her. The friends of peter are all different and they all carry their own storyline. There is some language in this cartoon so for the younger kiddos they might not need to watch it.

These episodes are so funny. I laugh throughout every episode. The humor and content is definitely not for children. If you like crazy, crass humor you will enjoy these characters and their adventures.

i love it, it is hilarious. The best episode is when Peter getting drunk is how he wins a piano recital. The best part was showing the inside of his brain, only one brain cell left,lol.

Its great being able to watch the show without commercials! i highly suggest getting these box sets. if youve seen the show you know its funny. if youve never seen the show, what are you waiting for? i say BUY IT

I liked Family Guy when it first came out years ago....before it was cancelled, then brought back again. This is the only video I have found that includes 2 seasons with so many episodes. Well worth the money...highly recommended!
