The Lion King (2003, DVD)

I love the Disney Classics and I got the movie fairly quickly and it played ok except you couldn't go to anything else in the menu you could only play the movie and you couldn't skip scenes It was a defective dvd. I contacted the seller and they told me I could send the movie back and they could send me a replacement or a full refund I sent the movie back and haven't seen my replacement movie or my refund. Now I get something from ebay saying this seller has been removed and not allowed to sell anything I have to go through them to try to get my money back which is awful. All I wanted was for that classic movie. Be very careful when you are buying a classic movie like this that you can't buy anywhere because it could be fake.

I bought this movie for my grandkids. I use to have one when my kids were little. They all love it and will set still until it is over. They watch it again and again!

The DVD of the Movie did not work. It may be a counterfeit? Also I received a notice of possible fraud from Paypal

A timeless animated story from Disney. I originally bought the VHS version after it came out from the Cinema. After numerous play, the quality naturally became poor. A must have in your DVD collection.

Awsome movie, and I you have kids or you yourself love disney movies...this is a must have, and since its not sold in stores...its only available online...

This is a hard to find DVD, and my 3 year old daughter hounded me to get it. After three weeks I relented. I've watched it at least 20 times with her and it's a great story for children. It's one of Disney's best pictures

I have liked The Lion King since its initial release. It was very well done and is a great family movie. I bought the Platinum Edition more than anything to get the movie on DVD but like the extra features that are included. I highly recommend this edition to anyone who loves Disney or just loves this film.

this is one of my favorite disney movies. i started watching it as a kid on VHS. i love watching my kids watch their disney dvds and enjoying them as i did when i was a kid.

My first Lion King DVD that I received had a scratch and I got another copy in a short while, no problem at all!

This is a great movie to share with children. I love the 2 different versions of the movie. There are many interactive games on the DVD. If you have the VHS and are looking to replace it you should definitely buy the DVD.

This is one of my favorite movies. I love the computer generated parts and the animals are so real even though they are animated. It shows the circle of life. Easy to understand. Would recommend it to everyone.

The movie came sealed as soon. Look amazing on our tv and no scratch. Very happy!!! The buyer responded right away with no problem.

Great family movie, condition was excellent just like seller listed, con is during shipping DVD came off of its holder and put some surface scratches, that wasn't the sellers fault, (maybe take some tape to hold down on the tabs)very pleased with product/condition. Bought this because couldn't find it any where to rent or buy

I never received the item that I ordered. I called the seller and emailed him but no response. All I want is my money back, I do not want the item any more. Do not buy anything from this individual unless you do not want the item that you purchased.

I loved this movie, it definitely is one of the better new Disney releases not just for kids but all ages.

The Lion King is one of Disney's best! It is my grandson's favorite movie. I only had it on VHS so I needed a DVD copy. The picture is great but I do have one problem with this DVD, the one disc as opposed to two. You cannot go straight to watching the movie. There is a menu that if you have to listen to. If you try to fast forward thru this menu it will just start over. I have never seen this set up on a DVD before so I am assuming it is due to two disc being condensed to one. I will be hesitant of buying the one disc version in the future.
