The Lion King (2003, DVD)

I loved this story when i was a kid and now my daughter loves it as well. The story is great, the characters are awesome it dosen't get any better than Timon & Pumba.

It was an original movie, brand new wrapped in the case. It's very hard to find Disney originals, this was a great buy!

Great soundtrack! My kids were singing along. My 2 and 4yr olds were both a little afraid of the violence in the film but overall enjoyed it.

I was very pleased with my puchase. The DVD was sealed brand new and fully functioning. it arrived in time and my nephew loves it!

We had Lion King on VHS when my son was little. I had a Daughter 2 years ago and well we don't own a VCR anymore so I had to purchase this wonderful movie on DVD for my girl. Disney has it locked up in the vault so of course I knew I could find "it" on Ebay. Thanks

I decided to buy it because I am a dungeon master and I assumed nobody who shares an intrest in it would screw me over but I guess I was wrong . The seller says he will fix the problem but it took him longer than two weeks after I paid him to ship out the first part of my order.

There was a slight discrepency, however the seller stood behind thier product. I would recommend this seller for their honesty.

I saw this in the theaters. I have it on VHS. DVD is way better. My daughter loves this movie and I'm sure her children will love this movie. One of the best movies Disney ever made. Everyone should own a copy of this movie.

This was in perfect condition my kids love the lion king thankyou so much for helping me get this out of the disney vault!!

Buyers beware that there are many pirated version out there. Don't be a victim since the cost of the copied DVD is less than $1

This movie is awesome! Im a grandma now, and I took my own kids too see this movie and loved it then and love it now! I now enjoy watching this movie with my grand daughters who also love it!

Like ---> The movie was one less Disney title added to my collection. The condition of item was "almost" perfect, inside and out. Dislike ---> I'm pretty certain the DVD was a bootleg. Why? In comparison to the other Disney DVD titles I have, you notice some questionable flaws on the artwork and the DVD itself. For instance, the print on The Lion King artwork was a little blurry. The artwork was printed on a thicker than usual paper and had lots of little shaving around it. The DVD (readable side) was a yellow-ish color. Mine are all a silver color. The center of the DVD had no printing or barcode on it. It had some type of adhesive on it.

The DVD doesn't let you select scenes and will only randomly play correctly when you choose play. Contacted the seller about exchange and have still not received a working DVD.

She shipped it very fast. The DVD arrived well packed with the DVD's in safe envelopes and then inside the DVD case. I bought this because I wanted the LIon King adn it was the lowest price unopened one.

I received my purchase in a timely manner. Although it was the wrong DVD, I contacted the seller and they promptly advised me to return it for a refund. I did just that and they were quick to rectify this situation. I would definitely do business with this seller again.

I love that this was brand new and factory sealed. I've been looking to buy this DVD for a very long time and and so happy that it is exactly what was described.

when you cant find movies like this in stores as disney locks them up for years before re-releasing them you can find then on E-Bay for a good cost. My kids at 1.5 and 2.5 years of age and the love this movie. I watched it with them and found that they have some good lessions for the kids.

The advertising for the Lion King DVD stated that the DVD was never opened. The facts are, even though I received the DVD very quickly it did not have the Disney wrapping. It was rewrapped and no inserts in the DVD, not even the index of what was on each DVD. This person is no longer on ebay, which is good.

Well, this has to be about one of the greatest movies of all times. It teaches children about love, death and friendship in a way they can understand

I wanted this movie for my son it's such a classic. I received very quickly and movie was in "new condition". Very Pleased

While this must have been an amazing movie when it came out, it is not that impressive compared to other animated movies like "The Incredibles," "Shrek," and "Cars" it is a little disappointing.

Not having children, we miss out alot on the Disney hit movies, so we never knew anything about the Lion King movies when they came out (other than the hit songs by Elton John). We were given tickets to the Lion King play in Atlanta recently & loved it, so we immediately started looking for the original movie DVD so that we could watch it & get an idea of the true plot, not knowing it was out of print! I promptly thought of E-Bay & rushed to purchase the movie (learning only then that there were actually 3 different movies). The Lion King original movie was great, & I'm sure we're the only people in America who had not seen it! For anyone else who hasn't seen it, it's definitely worth watching & acquiring for your collection, like any Disney movie. In this day & time it's always so good for children (or adults for that matter) to view such a movie which teaches lessons learned in life...not always easy or happy, but in the end life's lessons are learned in a positive manner. This one is definitely a "keeper."

I am restocking my movies! I have moved out my VHS and the ones my family love the most I am buying them in DVD, this seller had great prices for the item and the shipping and handling. I enjoyed shopping with this seller and will again in the future.!!!!

I bought the Lion King at the end of March, the product arrived quickly. The movie was in excellent condition and would recommed this seller to anyone.
