Pros:
You have some of today's best bringing killer tracks.
Cons:
R&B tracks like How would you like it (featuring Ginuwine)
Says Dr.Dre in the intro of this amazing album. This album is one of the best you'll find on the market today as far as DJs go. It is unbalanced in track quality. What I mean by that is that on Vol.4, a song is either very good or very bad. Very few tracks on this album are bad. A few examples I could give are How would you like it (featuring Ginuwine) and Did she say by Jagged Edge, Jermaine Dupri, Da Brat and Lil Bow Wow. Some who, on the opposite side, are excellent are Ante Up remix (featuring Busta Rhymes, M.O.P, Remy Martin and Tephlon) and Do you by DMX. The best track on this album however, is Words are weapons, performed by D-12 members Eminem, Swifty and Bizarre. The title describes the song quite well. Each has his own subject. Eminem talks more about the negative attention he gets from jealous people. Swifty just talks trash with a big beef with me and the guns'll come out attitude. Bizarre will once again, make you laugh or offend you with his crazy sexual themes.
This album is not for everybody. Parents should not let easily influenced kids listen to this unless they don't care about hearing DMX's have your parents, no girlfriend, smack you like a b**** or Bizarre's I'm eating crews like I'm Hannibal/There's no way I could be the gay rapper/I only f*** animals. Look past that and you have your DJ crown album.
