This show is an amazing musical and Bebe Neworth is an excellent Velma Kelly! The whole cast shines as they take you through the trials and tribulations assocatied with a life of jazz and liquor. All around excellent cast and soundtrack!

Ann Reinking is simply amazing!!!
) Everything about this CD and show is supurb!! The highlight is Ann Reinking though. She plays Roxie, a role she played 20 years previously, so well. Her comic timing and charisma are second to none. She has a lovely huskey alto belt voice!! She is quite possibly the best Roxie!! And WOW! What a dancer!!!

If you are a broadway fan, you'll love it, if the only familiarity you have with this music is from the movie, you probably won;t like it. The singers are wonderful and much better than the movie.
