This book is the one that you just can't put down! Stephenie Meyer is an amazing novelist, and the Twilight Saga is GREAT! I recommend it to anyone!!!!

I was very hesitant to read this in the beginning, but one of my friends kept pushing it on me so I broke down and read it. I've never been big into Young Adult fiction or Sci-Fi, but this really changed my mind toward both. The way the Stephenie Meyer writes her characters makes you feel like you are there and you can connect easily with the characters. This is a the perfect book for anyone of any age, whether teen or senior, I'm actually working on getting my mother to read it. If you get caught up in this book I suggest that you also get New Moon (the 2nd in the series) and Eclipse (the 3rd in the series) and beware of Breaking Dawn (the Final book in the series). Please give this book a try!!! And if you love it pass it around to all your friends and family!!!

This book is geared to young adults, but being in my early thirties- I still enjoyed it very much. The story brings a Romeo Juliet component to it, with the exciting vampire themes- I HIGHLY recommend to anyone who enjoys a love story with a twist!

This was simply the best book I have ever read! It grabs you at page 1. AFter this, I read the remaining series in under a week and re-read this one! You're missing out if you don't read this book!!!!

Everyone is reading this saga in our office, and the word of mouth was so exciting, but nothing to match the book! Wonderful read, no one should miss this saga! I have the second one in the series and can't wait to find the third one - I always go to EBay first, if you need it, you can find it there.

I bought this book because I had heard people raving about it on the radio. It was required reading for high school pupils but older people, including my boss who is a lawyer were getting caught up in the story and falling in love with the character (Edward, who is a vampire) and then I heard that they are actually coming out with a movie based on the book so I was curious. I found the book to be everything everyone was saying and more and now I am also in love with Edward and Jacob as well. Jacob is in the second of the series and I wound up buying the whole four-book series after I bought this book because I was hooked. Meyer is a good writer and easy to read and you find yourself caught up in the story and mesmerized by the little town of Forks. I would highly recommend it for easy reading of all ages and genders.

I am 34, and still loved this book. It crosses all generations. Read it in 48 hours, and couldn't put it down. Really great book, and lots of fun and adventure!

I've read all of Stephenies books. I am not a sci-fi fan, but I love her writing. I have decieded to buy all her books so I can have the collection whenever I want to re-read them.

The best part of the book is just that it isn't your average vampire book. It doesn't have those annoying cliches about vampires. It's a really sweet story full of all the fun, exciting parts of being an adolescent. It reads really fast. A real page turner. It's just really a refreshing book full of fun and exciting twists and turns. I hope you like it as much as I did.

For those of you who have an interest in Vampires, this is the series for you! Not only is it a nice romance without all of the intimate details some would rather not read, it is compelling and addictive. My suggestion, don't start reading these books until you have all four becuase you won't want to put them down. They are also very easily read because the language in simply and the plot is easy to follow. I would also suggest reading the books before watching the movie, but that is just a personal preference, as i usually prefer to do this with all books that are made into movies.

I really loved this book. I could not put it down. I finished and ran out to buy the next one! They are a great series to add to your collection. Can't wait to see if the movie does it justice.

This book seemed very interesting. I searched all over for a resonable price, as I am a bargain shopper. When I came across this sellers auction, I jumped at the chance to buy the book due to the fast shipping and great feedback!

I couldn't finish reading this book. It bored the hell out of me. The writing style is mediocre, and there is not enough forward action that would keep me glued. The characters aren't interesting enough and Bella can be a bit irritating. I decided to give this novel a try because of the reviews I read from another site but it's not worth it. Now I'm selling my copy online and it has gotten a decent number of bids.

My daughter(whos 18) loved the book! She got it Monday after noon and finished it the next day! She loved everything about it- from the story line to characters! I would def recommend this book to anyone! its fantastic :)

I love this book! It's so easy to understand and is the best romance mixed with suspense that I have ever read. I am not a huge reader or someone that gets into books but I got into this book and it was a lot of fun to let my imagination work and I can't wait for the movie!

I read this entire series in less than a week.
I understand these books are for teenagers. I just keep wishing for a little more adultness to them.
I felt the first two books were kind of slow moving.
but i enjoyed books 3 and 4 much more than 1 and 2.
I would like to see a book from Ness's point of view and how her parents and jacob react to her as a teenager.
It's a shame that Stephenie has stopped writing for the moment.

Very engaging & easy to read. A little over the top at times, but I will definitely read the rest of the series.
