I bought it for my son for his college work. So far, it seems to be a good buy. He uses it all the time for his class.

The book was in great condition when i bought it and it got to my house quickly. I bought the book because the books that are sold at my school are too expensive.

Would have been nice if he had put in the description that the book was paperback, and not hardback.

I never received the book and i am very disappointed because neither the seller or ebay is Cooperating with me to settle the claim filed.

The book was in bad condition when I got it. The Binding was basically falling apart, other then that the shipment did not take too long. Other than that all the pages were together and the pages were in great shape.

I had to buy this book for a biology class I'm in. It mostly focuses on the later chapters in the book which can be very difficult to read and very redundant at times with certain subject matter. However, in the long run, I think this is a very good book. There is a lot of good information in it and the first half of the book looks excellent. There is a lot of great review information for me, someone who hasn't taken biology in a while, which makes the class easier for me.

This book is alright, its not the best Bio book I have experienced, but it portrays a lot of information. I bought the book for my Biology class and it was slightly helpful in learning the material.

Paid for book immediately, Never received it! Still have not received refund on book. Had to file a claim on purchase, which is still processing by ebay/half.com mediators. Seller will not give refund on book that was not received. I am beginning to suspect this is a scam.

Purchased at half.com 1/25/08. Took money 1/26/08. Book never came. No tracking information available. Told to wait. Filed claim. Told to wait. Had to purchase college bookstore book. Out cash. Told to wait. It's March '08, still waiting.

Campbell himself is descriptive. Most of the information in the textbook is not needed for the classes I was taking, but buying the full text is very helpful since you find yourself looking back to it now and again. Most of the half textbooks of this full textbook will end up to costing more than the full textbook accompanied w/ its study guide.

This is what I asked for, exactly. I decided to buy it because I needed it for my classes. Its helped me by providing me with important information in my classes.

The cover is pretty beat up and some pages on the inside were bent. The book did not come with a CD, which was not mentioned. Other than that, the book was what I wanted.

excellent overview of biology. used in many colleges and high school advanced placement classes. excellent figures. Clear, comprehensive text.

Even thought the book is second-handed but it is like a new condition.

The price is quiet reasonable and I likeed that fast shipping.

The description of this book was completely inaccurate. The picture that was displayed is not the book I received. The book that was sent is the International Edition of the Biology book, and it says on the back that if you are using this in the United States then it has been wrongfully imported. Do not purchase from this user, they are falsely advertising their products.

It came exactly as expected and very quickly! It was cheaper than all the rest of the books that were the same exact things. I got the internetional edition because it said it was exactly the same as the other one and it was. I mean everything is exactly the same. The only fifference is that the cover of the one I recieved is a soft cover and the others are hard, but that is nothing to worry about.

The book was in great contition but was paperback and in black and white. I was expecting color and hardback.
