Motorola E815 (Verizon Wireless)

solid construction, large elevated keys, easy to read screen. I am 66 with mediocare eyesight, my son is 16, and we both love the phone

This phone is fantastic! I love the expandable memory slot! This phone is sturdy and reliable with lot of bells and whistles!

I decided to buy it because the phone was discontinued and you can't get it through Verizon anymore. I love this phone and really have no desire for a newer one. My husband also is stuck on the E815 Motorola it's an easy phone to use.

When I found your listing I was so happy to get it for such a great price, but even more excited when I got it so quickly in the mail and saw what wonderful condition it was in. A few scuffs but otherwise beautiful. The extended battery is amazing as I can go for days without having to recharge! Thanks so much.

I paid for the phone and never received it.No communication from seller.There has got to be something ebay can do about this.This is the third time i have been burned by ebay sellers.Ebay should be able to take or start legal proceedings against theives who use the site for their own personal amusement.

I bought for my Brother in Iowa because i have the same phone and works very good
i just bought one for a brother in North Dakota a Verizon phone has good coverage
in Dakotas and in Iowa where other phone have no reception i will keep buying

The E815 has a loud speaker-phone feature, takes nice photos, has a large screen, features go on and on. I like it. We live in a rural area and the reception is great with this phone. I don't have anything I dislike about it.

I have owned several of these phones and find them to be a great buy. You get virtually all the features of the Motorola Razr V3m (bluetooth, camera, memory card for music/pictures for about half the cost.

I use the E815 on Verizon, Cricket and Alltel.

when i initially bought the motorola e815 there was a problem with that particular phone. i contacted the company and they were happy to exchange it for me. in the process, i changed my mind on what kind of phone i wanted and they upgraded it for me. there was a small cosmetic problem with the phone they sent and they were more than willing to exchange it for me. i had very speedy responses and shipping times. i would do business with this company again without hesitation.

Not the same user program (Verizon is my carrier) as the Razor or Krazor so switching back and forth needs some adjustment but much more user friendly!! Large screen, nice buttons!

We have 67 of these phones in operation at my business. They work incredibly well, very durable and packed with features. I keep one EXTRA on hand all the time as they are getting harder to come by. Does everything the more expensive models do, excellent reception and voice quality. Battery life is good, great with the extended battery. We bought it mainly because of the cost, we needed a phone. My son says it's a pretty good phone. Not great but pretty good.

Love this phonefor it's features AND excellent reception. can't understand why it was discontinued, or at least why it's subsequent replacements lack the quality this phone has.

Well I needed a new phone and for some reason I decided to pick this one. I love this phone it is perfect, especially the picture and video quality. The pictures that I have taken look like high def. stuff. The reception and clarity is perfect so far I have never gone below two bars. The only thing I don't like about this phone is that it marks your missed calls as received calls. That gets very confusing, and thats why I gave it "good." I definately recommend this phone.

The Very Good
Sound quality - several people have commented that they can hear me better and I can definitely hear them better.
Camera - I don't take many pictures, but the camera works and the pictures look fine.
Speakerphone - it works, I can hear the person clearly, and it's easy to get to.
Display - very clear, bright, great colors, great size.
Signal strength - I live in a rural area and I can get stronger signal than with my previous two phones.
Customizable buttons - I like that I can rearrange the menu buttons, and there are four center buttons that I customize for my more common features (mp3 player, alarm clock, calculator, and contacts for me)

The Average
mp3 player - OK quality, had to use one of my buttons to access device, otherwise it was hard to find the player.
Menus - They are customizable, but if you don't make a button for it, it's hard to find.
External controls - you can control vibrate/ring/etc externally, but in a pocket, that's not always a good thing. Also on the outside are speakerphone, camera, volume control, and some other button I've never used.

The Not-as-good
It takes a while to get used to (maybe just because it's a Motorola). The one real complaint I have is sending a text message. The shortest way to send a message is to reply to a message, and that takes about 10 presses to get to type in your message. Sending a text should be easier than it is.

i liked the promptness of the delivery of the phone. i had some problems with the phone at first, but when i inquired about it, i was advised to send it back and it would be fixed. i sent it back and it was promptly fixed and resent back to me. all and all i can say the service was good.

i love the phone i have the only thing i didnt like is because the antena broke the fist day and the car charger does not work
