I have eaten in the Zuni Cafe and it was great. The book is wonderful , colorful and very unusal yet simple receipes.

Great recipes. One of the best cookbooks I've gotten in a long time and I have hundreds. We loved the techniques for salting and brining. Five stars for author Judy Rodgers!!
