Zorro The Gay Blade (DVD, 2001)

I just recently thought of adding this movie to my DVD collection. It is one of the funniest films I know of and an interesting twist on the Zorro "superhero" franchise.

Don't let the "Gay Blade" title or "premise" throw you off - making you think this glorifies gays or really has anything "questionable" - it is risque, but very careful in it's presentation of cross dressing.

Movie is hilarious. You'd have to watch it 3 or 4 times to appreciate all the funny little things that go in the background scenes and the little puns quoted by the actors themselves. I bought this movie cause I wanted a DVD copy really badly. My VHS copy was wearing thin from it being watched so many times. The Seller I bought it from was quick to reply to me when he received my payment and quick to let me know when it was shipped. Price was fair and S&H charges were very clearly stated for all countries. Was very happy with quick service and will absolutly buy from this Seller again.

I watch this movie when I need a pick-me-up. It is hilarious. Some of the comments are hard to understand because of the accent G. Harrison is using. But it's worth watching a second, third, etc. time just to figure them out. I looked for this movie for 4 years. I'm delighted to finally have it.

A timeless tongue-in-cheek comedy classic of the reluctant hero! No hilarious, but a fun watch. George Hamilton does an excellent job in his portrayal of both the reluctant Zorro and the side-splitting "Bunny". Who can resist, One bit, two bits, three bits a peso, all for Zorro, stand up and say so?"

The movie is over 20 years old and hard to find...but very much worth the search. George Hamilton is very good at poking fun at himself and takin on roles that are toungue-in-cheek humor rather than the racious humor out there today. I watched this with my family (13, 14, 16) and everyone had a good time without worrying about some 4-letter bomb falling out or a gratuatous sex scene popping up...this is the second one of these movies I have bought.

The movie is about zorro and his twin brother which is gay it's a very funny comedy . I bought it because I'd remeberd it from years ago. it's a movie that makes you laugh.

It took a few tries, but I ws so happy to finally get this. Very enjoyable entertainment, love George Hamilton in both roles! Love George Hamilton comedies anyway!

Very light-hearted, funny and entertaining. Great take-off and a load of laughs! Highly recommend! The characters all play great together. Also, easy to follow, no worries about getting loast are confused. Great movie!

George Hamilton was SO good in "Love AT First Bite", this fell far short of that. Not a good script, the other members of the cast trying to be funny and falling far short. All in all, I would not recommend this film if you are a G. Hamilton fan. If the rest of the cast had played it "straight", it might have been better...they were not funny !!!

Comical version of the traditional Zorro tale. If you enjoy Zorro, this is a different twist on the story.

This is a classic hilariously entertaining movie. My family never tires of watching it. It never fails to make us smile and laugh - we had this on VHS and were absolutely thrilled to see it was available on DVD. I have purchased several to give to my family and close friends. Because I love it so - it is a perfect gift!!!

This movie got us through many a boring night while serving in the US Army. It's a very funny knock off on an old story. Don't let the "Gay" scare you off. It's quite benign. Many 'one liner' type jokes, almost Monty Python-esque.

i liked the movie because it made me laugh. the movie is like zorro but has a lot of twist to it. good comedy movie and will watch over again. i decided to buy the movie because i had it on vhs and wanted to have it on dvd

I love that movie, it was sent to me in excellent condition. I had been looking for that movie on DVD for a while. I'm just happy I found it!

I love this comedy with George Hamilton. And I wanted a DVD of the movie so that I would have this longer (rather than VHS). I purchase this because the item was at a fixed price (Buy It Now) and the seller had a good rating. The item was shipped timely to me and packaged carefully. Transaction was great.

I like this movie, it is hilarious, but I bought it for my dad since he can't seem to find it where he lives, and you know EBay, no matter what you're looking for they have it!
