Zenith DVP615 7 in. Portable DVD Player

Wow ! I got this from the Best Buy Outlet and have been very pleased. It holds a charge for over 2 hours. I watch movies in my car sometimes, like during kid's soccer practice or scout meetings, and it has never run low. Also it does not heat up like my other one while sitting on my lap. The picture is great and the sound is plenty loud enough. I do not like that neither the remote or control buttons allow you to fast forward or rewind, there is only a skip by chapters available. Overall I am satisfied and would recommend this brand, model, and the Best Buy Outlet.

I have been through many portable DVD players and all of them but this one were complete junk! This Zenith is super reliable, my son watches it constantly with not one problem. The battery lasts a long time too! The only downside is it's not the nicest looking portable DVD player out there, but it is one of the most reliable and that is all that matters!

What i like about this product is the fact it is portable and has 5 1/2 our battery life. I wanted to get something for my son to carry around while on road trips but didnt want to spend too much money. The reason I purchased this product is because when compared to other simalar items with the same battery life this item is a good brand at way better price.

I purchased it to relax and watch movies when I was not at home. I dont know if it works or not as the seller only included the battery pack w/ the unit, Nothing else! to purchase the accessories needed will cost me as much or more than the DVD PLAYER did, itself. the DVD PLAYER is a yr old and I just bought it. Adding the 2 amts together, I could buy a new one at Best Buy W/EVERYTHING INCLUDED!! BAD PURCHASE. TOO COSTLY! THOUGHT I WAS GETTTING A BARGAIN! ;O((

After reviewing portable DVD players in stores the thought was to review ebay and this one was found to be at most reasonable priced. Once recieved, the spindle was found to be tight with the DVD however so are the cases DVD come in. Though it has a standard length cord, electrial outlets at times can be found "just beyond the reach" then again an extention cord can always solve that. Most of all there's a clear crisp picture, all the buttons working or to say "full working order" and for that I'm well pleased.

I bought this DVD player to entertain my two year old son while we were driving from WI to MT this summer on vacation. We've tried it out a few times since we got it, and I love it! The picture is crystal clear, the controls are easy, and best of all - the screen swivels around 180 degrees, so I can put the player in front of the two year old, and with the screen swiveled, all of the buttons are in the back, out of his reach!

The only thing that I would change for this player is to be able to further increase the volume. It's not as loud as I would like for watching in the car, but it does have headphone jacks for older kids to listen.

I love my Zenith DVP615 7 in. Portable DVD Player. It is very easy to use, has buttons in logical places, and has many wonderful features including an energy/battery saving feature. Very important to me is that it is light and small. The battery is incredibly light but holds a nice long charge. The ONLY thing I could say is that if you're sharing the player with several others, the screen is a little small (but that's what you get with a 7" screen).

When I first looked at the auction for the DVD player it said the player was used with signs of wear. I received the DVD player about a week after I won the auction and it was in new condition. It doesn't skip while playing. I was impressed with the accessories that came with it (remote, battery, ac and dc charger, and other connectors). I bought the DVD player for my two year old son to watch while riding in the car, and he can operate the DVD player himself. He loves it. It is also very durable as he has dropped it at least twenty times! It has an excellent picture quality at a great price. I would recommend this product to anyone. Excellent quality, excellent price.

I have this same DVD player but it got overplayed by my daughter and just isn't working right. Wanted to find one just like it and I did. everything works just great on it, now I have two of everything.

The accessories for the Zenith DVP615 are somewhat versitile. The battery is solely designed for this model of Zenith. They are very nice batteries but I believe the life span is limited due to the charging circuit failure over what seems to be a short period of time that you would expect. The other cables, A/V & Car Adapter & Home Power adapter, however, will fit many different brands because it has the most popular tip that are widely used.

Bought it for my grandson for christmas, they live 6hr away so this will give him something to do on his travels to see me. pkg was great, and even though I haven't tried it out yet it looks good. thank you very much yellow topez

I bought this player for my 20 month old daughter to use on trips. The screen folds flat so that she can't press most of the buttons. The player holds up really well. She has dropped it once and bangs on it when gets happy so it will take a pretty good jolt. The speakers are not that loud but plenty when its on your lap. The battery disconnects so it fits nicely in a backpack. Overall a really good product

great compact player. light and easy to carry. charge time isnt bad and battery life is enough for a long movie. rotating screen is also a cool feature.

i was surprised at the quality of the picture. i knew it would be good because it is a Zenith1 A hundred characters is a little much.

I bought the player for a specific reason and it is great. I actually like everything about it. The seller was great in communicating and it was shipped quickly. I decided to buy it because of the price. Had shopped around quite a bit. Sure got my money's worth.

I bought the DVD Player for my daughter for her birthday. She loves it and it works perfectly! It is exactly what I had been looking for.

After a month of light use, the DVD player has already stopped functioning. Just like the unit I was replacing, there is no longer any picture, only sound. Definitely a defect with the DVD player.

BOT IT WITH A KNOWN BUG(ELECTRONIC FLAW) LIKE TO TRY TO FIND THE
PROBLEMS WITH STUFF. FOUND THIS PROBLEM IN HALF AN HOUR AND
THE UNIT RUNS EXECELLENT NOW... GREAT PRICE ON A QUALITY UNIT, FUN
TO FIX AND ENJOY USING IT TOO. OTHER PEOPLE SHOULD TRY THIS TO GIVE
THESE UNITS A SECOND CHANCE BEFORE DISPOSAL.

Love this DVD Player. Founa case for it this past week. It works perfectly. Wanted something to use out on the porch. Wonderful buy.
