This book is beautifully illustrated...the story is sweet and tells a good lesson. I bought it for myself, but love to share it with my nephew!

In this Caldecott children's book winner, three different Zen tales are told through the help of a panda bear. The stories teach great lessons simply, and the watercolor illustrations are gorgeous. Included in the story is a short page on Zen teachings.
We love this book in our house for the short stories and illustrations, and I also have used this book in a sixth grade classroom since we study China. Every age group can find something to learn and share in this lovely wisp of a book; it is a gem and makes a wonderful gift book.

Zen ShortsI never received this book and I was unable to get either eBay or Paypal to help me with the situation. The seller became "no longer registered" on eBay immediately after I submitted my Paypal payment, and then the listing was deleted from my eBay summary and from my "Items Purchased" listing. I tried to file a dispute and was told that I was not able to file. I have no idea what happened here and I was VERY unhappy with this transaction.
