this is a great product, i already have one but when opening another location, i wasent going with another brand, and i like the many options to the hooking to the computer. its small and easy to install. i have had my other zebra for 4 years and never had a problem and will use it over and over.

The printer is easy to use. Out of the box, and up and running in 5 minutes flat. We are a multinational corporation, and need reliability.
Support/Supplies/Service its all readily available, no matter where we install it, anywhere in the world. That's hard to find.
Zebra printers, all the way down to the pins on the semi-conductors, are made with top notch materials. Brother and Epson tend to go for cheap cheesy parts that look and feel K-mart-ish.
Definitely built to last.

I love this printer and can make it work with almost any software that supports Zebra printers. It just depends on your level of expertise and the support you are given when you buy.
