"Be Your Own Shrink" is very light and funny- My two oldest daughters and I read it right away...This book is all about identifying specific character traits - analyzing your own personality...and the people you know. It is written in a light hearted way. Kevin is "the baby" of his family and is all about making things fun...
it helps you to understand why you and your spouse "clash" or one of you "spends" and the other "saves" or one "follows the rules/instructions" and the other "wings it"...Very Interesting and helpful.
