I love the book. It's a wonderful read. I have read it a couple of times and I often purchase the book to give a way.
The auther is great and it's nice to get great information that is all natural. No drugs. Truth about getting your hormones in order and what's really causing them to be out of wack. I highly reccomend this book.

) Good information and many questions I had for my doctor in which he could not answer. Natural progesteron cream, I am able to get this for several women; all natural progesterone cream women just need to be placed on to solve may of their female issues. This book finally makes sence!

) In this book, Dr. Lee defines estrogen dominance, which typically occurs during pre-menopause. The signs of pre-menopause can begin as young as 30 yrs. old. The author explains further that Natural Progesterone cream can serve as a balance to estrogen dominance. The author describes the benefits of Natural Progesterone cream over synthetic forms (Amen, Curretab, Cycrin, Provera). Numerous studies are cited from reputable institutions. The book also includes many testimonials of patients who used Natural Progesterone cream before, during, and long after menopause.
