This book was recommended by my general practitioner. I had shared a few "remedies" I had heard about that were suppose to be helpful with fibromyalgia. He suggested reading this book and learning about how an ingredient, Guaifenesin, found in Mucinex and Robitussin could help.
I am currently taking robitussin and I honestly think there is some improvement. My plan it to purchase Guaifenesin from my vitamin retailer and give it a shot. I am at a point in my life where I will try anything to avoid harsh prescription drugs.
My belief is that if you have an illness, you should read anything and everything that anyone recommends. You never know when you might be one of the lucky ones that will get relief.
