I bought the CD set and also the Journal. The 2 items go hand-in-hand with each other. You can do it anytime of the day and has tremendous changes/positive impact on my live.

I also need to say/mention that I am not a "Journal" kind of person, but this book really brings the "inner you" out! You can write what you like - it's yours! You give yourself some awesome challenges and you met them - that today, tomorrow and the day after!

I speak two languages. It helps out alot with the space that is provided. I can write my own Bible scriptures in too.

On the information/motivational wisdom that is given to us in this book is really a treat! You take something with you everyday! You can not wait to move on to the next day!
