This one is geared toward those entering their senior years. Again, they describe how your body ages, processes food, and reacts to exercise in easy to understand but very specific terms. Humorous, too. With fun illustrations. This book will tell you exactly WHY all that fat you eat and lack of exercise is killing you. More important, it tells you HOW to start with small changes, and work up to a healthier lifestyle as you age. The main message from Drs. Oz and Roizen is this: It is never too late to start a healthy lifestyle. Don't use age as an excuse. Sixty-five isn't old! This book should be a textbook for a high school health class. Every human being should know what is written in this book. I have learned quite a lot. I am very happy with the purchase.
