Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader? (Nintendo DS, 2007)

Over all it is an ok game. I enjoy the questions and my six year old loves to play it with me and learns the information. Its fun to do it together. My 11 year old enjoys it but it does not hold his attention long. He is more into action games.
The introduction gets old and not being able to choose different students to help you is a disapointment--its the same ones everytime.

The game over all is good--always room for improvement.

This game is very addicting and fun. The graphics are great. The gameplay makes you feel that you are actually playing the game in real life. Its exactly like the TV show game and you get to choose your 5th grader along with 3 saves.

The only bad thing is if you play as much as I do, you will get some repeat questions. But after playing this for over 100 times... I only got some repeats.

The million dollar question is sometimes like WTH? Its really hard. Also the 1st grade questions are somewut hard. I think they mixed up the questions pretty good so you will enjoy this!!

Good trivia fun! Game is very close to TV show. If you answere a question wrong the question will come up again giving you a chance to make it to the million dollar question.

As a 61 year old Grandmother, I bought my "first" Nintendo just last year. I love the adult games they make for us "oldies" and one of them is the "Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?".... I've found out I'm not always smarter than a 5th grader, and so need to bone up on some of these questions for when my Granddaughter get to that stage of her life.

By far one of the best games ever! I can spend hours with my little one playing this--its interesting and challenging (just like the show) We Love It

My nine year old granddaughter spends alot of time playing games on her Nintendo DS. Are You Smarter Than a 5th Grader for Nintendo DS was on her
wish List. I bought it for her and she loves it! Best of all it is educational. Great Buy!

It is just like TV show. A little difficult for small children. I would recommend that you be a least 7 or 8 years old to play the game. Also may not be for everyone unless you enjoy answering questions about math etc. Can be somewhat educational that is a plus.

This game is enjoyed by the whole family. I don't think the kids realize that they are learning as they are having so much fun trying to beat everyone else's scores!

Havent really played it much,don't have much time I do flea markets and hold a job and do ebay..I bought this game for winter when my activitys die down..
But the short time I did try it out it was fun..Look forward to tthe time I will have more time to play it..

We have not played the game yet, we bought the game as a gift. However the item did arrive in a timely fashion.

The tv show looks interesting and thought it would be fun. I am not smarter than a 5th grader. It is a good game it gets me thinking.

Game is very fun for the children. Also had alot of fun with the whole family aswell...Reccomend 100%.

No longer for sale at retail. Granddaughter wanted it. She loves to play it on here way to school and at lunch!!

I was surprised the graphics were so flat, the children in the class and Jeff Foxworthy were particularly simplistic in their design, which in no way affected game play.

The game itself is enjoyable and closely mimics that of the television program of the same name. There was not as much repetition of questions as I have seen in other question/answer computer games, which is nice.

I bought it so I could play the game at home and it allows me to do so. I would buy it again (if I could find it in the $15-20 range).

I bought this Nintendo DS Game for my grandson. He absolutely loved it and I bought it for about half of what I would have had to pay for it anywhere else. I love shopping on ebay!!!!

I bought this because I love the show and KNEW I could win the million!! Well, I finally did it with this game - now I'm a virtual millionaire!!?? Fun game to play. It tests your memory of 'past knowledge' (things you know you learned once upon a time).

bought for 12 yr. old daughter. she likes it and i love it.. really good to sharpen the old brain. the game really helps to learn and remember things from school and hopefully it will stay with them since it on a gaming device.. i would recommend for 4th to high school grades..really good game

For a family game, it is fun. My fourth grader reads the questions. Our second grade suggests an answer, then the 4th graders, then we help them. The game play is easy. The sound bites get old fast.
My 2nd grader can answer many of the questions, but cannot read most of them, so he cannot play it alone.
We like it on long drives.

If you like the TV show you will most likely enjoy this game. You are the contestant and meet with the host and the kids. You get to choose your classmate and cheat off them. The questions test your knowledge. I enjoy playing this game for a game or two until I tire of working my brains which are a couple of years away from 5th grade. Worth buying.
