I've always loved listening to Dr. Oz on television and reading his books, I feel like I am getting the best knowledge out there. He makes things simplified for the normal person to understand. No Drs. complicated lingo in Dr. Oz's books!

It is a maintenance manual for your body. It does not rule out any aspect of health care. Eating right and exercise is stressed throughout the book. You do not have to be involved in the medical field to under stand what the good doctors are saying. The book is helful for the old and young alike. Worth reading.

I liked this book even more than the lst one. I have been trying to get the 2nd one on You the Diet as well. Drs. Oz have wonderful ideas, portray them well on Oprah's show and other shows, as well, and the information in this book is so universally helpful. I think anyone concerned with their health, and the younger the better, would benefit from Oz's books. There is some good health tips for all ages.

I am a fan of Dr. Oz because his lingo is for all to understand. I have all 3 YOU books and I hope there will be more to come!

This book is wonderful and I would recommend it to everyone. It is very informative and useful. I feel younger already!...*grin*... I would not advise to buy from this seller though. Get the book from someone else.

Super informative, fun to read...easy to understand. Roizen and Oz do a wonderful job of making the human body easy to understand and interesting....humorous in getting their point across....the information is credible and understated. Very good reading that I would recommend to anyone wanting to improve their health and wellbeing or just to understand how the human body functions.

This is a good resource if you are looking to change you health. It is easy reading in plain terms for anyone. A must read!!

Excellent book! Detailed information written so a layman can understand. Information will be very helpful to understand your body and how the various parts of the body age. Also given is how you can reverse the aging process.by changing your nutritional intake, how to control stress, the major factor in aging and exercise that will benefit you.

So much good information on how to improve ones health. I started to read this book at a store and decided I had to have it for my own.

This is a great book for people who like medical information put in common terms. The doctors explain the body's process in a simplistic manner. This book packs a lot of information.

Have watched Dr. Oz on Oprah. I have everyone of his books. He offers so much information in all his books and his newest one is no different. His books are honest and upfront.

So much knowledge packed into this book. I had heard about it on Oprah and it lived up to my expectations. Finally a book that tells you like it is.

Good stuff. It is a Christmas gift and also cheaper than buying it in stores. Came quickly too. Experienced no problems.

The book arrived with the accompanying tape. I have not been able to get the CD to play on my DVD player. I will need to contact customer service about that, now that the holidays are over.
