Yoga Zone - Ultimate Collection 6-Pack (DVD, 2002, 6-Disc Set)

I bought this collection because yoga in the past has helped me strenghten my body and core. It also helps me relax. This collection covers everything from PM stress reliever, to fat burning, to abs. It has it all! It also lets you work at your our level and gives examples.

Easy to follow workout dvd. Excersises are well though out with slowly showing the viewer how to correctly do the excersise and then the routines are made to bring you from any fitness level up to strength. Overall a great excersise DVD. Dvdmagnet

I wanted to start doing yoga and looked at many DVDs. I already had the Yoga Zone stretching Dvd and really liked it so I decided on the 6 Dvd set from Yoga Zone. I love them!! They are slow paced, not too difficult for beginners but difficult enough for intermediates. I do them all, one each day. I gave my daughter the stretching one I already had and she took it to school. They loved it too!! I told her that the school can keep it since I got the same one in the set. I definetely recommend these Dvds. After almost two weeks, I feel great!

I purchased this collection of DVD's after researching many different Yoga DVD's. I had heard that Yoga was good for relaxing and for learning to control your stress level, along with being a very good workout. I couldn't seem to find one one that had everything, for the Abs, Relaxation, Flexibility, and that was also for a beginner. These DVD's covered it all and I bought them for a very good price. I am pleased to report that when I am feeling stressed I put in the Evening Relaxation DVD and when I'm finished the stress I was feeling earlier is gone. It also has a DVD just for your ABS that great. In conclusion I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend these DVD's to others.

I have a knee two steps from replacement, and Yoga is the easiest non-damaging way to keep in shape for me. DVDs arrived just as advertised, brand new, in perfect shape, and are easy to follow. Yoga Zone sessions are approx. 40 minutes, and has both beginner and advanced (or regular and modified) shown side by side. The scenery, as well as the music, is very relaxing, even if you just want to watch (lol). The exercises are very easy to follow, and even my 15 year old daughter enjoys them. If you get the chance to get the complete set (like I did), DO IT!!! It even has an evening stress-release session. More than worth everyone's time, health, and no trouble!

I love this yoga series!! It gives me so much variation you can not get bored! It is so easy to follow, yet it really challenges your body!

This product was a really good deal for all of the different discs that you get. I liked that I can do a different one everyday now and I didn't have to spend a lot of money on them. I like some more than others, but overall I really am happy with my purchase.

These DVDs are great - easy enough for beginners, but not too easy, so no matter what your level is you will enjoy them ;)

I really liked these dvd's but they took a while to ship, about two weeks i think, and there was no indicator of how long it would take. but they were still in the original packaging with no scratches or anything.
